The room could be cleaner. The bathroom looked a bit outdated, although it was functional and clean.

The location was in the middle of the town which is very good. Dinner & breakfast were very delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could park the car in the hotel's parking lot.

Wellness area relative small for a big hotel like this, not enough relaxing indoor sunbeds, they were always occupied with towels even when people were not using them. No extra relaxing area close to the sauna. Bathroom with limescale, hairs on the floor.

Super location in the center, food was excellent, nice Christmas decoration. Wellness with thermal water pool.

Great location, right on the promenade and 5 minutes away from Hungarospa. Tasty meal options, we liked both the breakfast and the dinner choices. Nice wellness zone and outdoor pool.

We like everything during our stay.

It was a very nice stay. And, although we stayed only 1 night, the location and hotel convinced us to think about a longer vacation in the area. I think that says it all, great hotel, clean rooms and very accommodating staff, especially with a last minute room upgrade I needed due to unforeseen issues.

The shower head had a very bad flow and the heat of the water was constantly changing. But it can be fixed I guess. In the kitchen area we were missing some items like a sponge or a pot to heat water for tea.

The hotel had everything we needed. The food was excellent, breakfast and dinner delicious. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Felt really really good.

The hotel is located near the spa. The ground floor rooms are fine while the attic rooms are not for tall people. We got a room in the attic, but with an extra charge we managed to change the room. It has a mini spa center. the hotel is clean. The food is delicious.

The half board is a bit tedious after a while. Coffee is good. Breakfast is ok, at the diner I prefer some cheese and cold food to the lot ofpre warm food, but it's personal.

We liked the hotel room, the bed, the bathroom. The location is stunning. Staff is polite and helpful. The medical services are excellent.

At the spa area there were a lot of parts of the wall paints falling down, could certainly use a renovation. From the 2 saunas at the spa only 1 was open. Food selection at restaurant was very small, some food bowls didn't have utensils to pick the food up. The fact that you have no water included at breakfast at least it is not ok. a selection of juices but no water. Sad because there are a lot of people who drink water and not at all juices. Rooms doors closing very noisy.

The rooms are not entirely sond proof, you can hear everything from the hallway. Most of the staff (except for the receptionist) doesn't speak other language than hungarian. The receipt was also in hungarian. Unfortunatelly the main pool from outside was closed, even if it said otherwise.

Nice hotel, close to the town center and to the Hungarospa. Friendly staff. Very good and fresh food at breakfast and dinner. Good, reliable wifi in all the hotel.

Very thin walls, you can hear discussions from the neighbour room. The food was plenty and tasty, but the variety a little limited for a 4 stars hotel.

Very good location, close to Hungaro Spa/Aqua Palace. The room was big nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpfull.
