The spa facility and sauna in particular are very different from other places I have been so far, separate sauna in a changing area for men and women, and not very sophisticated.

Nicely located hotel, on the side of the river and very convenient walking distance to the city centre on a riverside (2 km or so). Very kind staff and the breakfast was great, still some improvements to be made (like during breakfast the stand for special requests like omelette making was abandoned most of the time, therefore to having an omelette was in question).

The bathroom was very smelly, because of the shower curtain. The curtains in the room must have not been opened for a long time, given the cobweb I found behind it, when opening the window. The room is a bit oldish, and so is the wellness area. Some bits would need certain attention points, such as the tiles in the showers that need to be cleaned or replaced. The hotel is under renovation and it was very noisy from 8am - 4pm (but we were informed in advance about it, so no comments). The sauna rules are not respected - women walking in in swimming suits and slippers, and nobody checks.

Many facilities are available, from medical care to cosmetics services. The bed was very comfortable. The gym is great, the saunas are good as well. 3 pools with different water temperature. Staff was very friendly.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, smell from the drain was really unpleasant.

The room we got smelled like old smoke ( before decades maybe was smoking still allowed inside and impregnated the smell in carpet or wood ) The food should be better in a 4 star hotel

We had a problem with the heating system. In the room was 39 C over night and it wasn't possible to turn the heating down. Even with the heating turned off it was very hot in the room.

The rooms are a little old but they are working on renovations. I think the parking should be free for the hotel guests but it is 12€/day.

Breakfast tip: Learn how to avoid making scrambled eggs in burnt oil. There weren't enough options to choose from, and after five days, the breakfast experience wasn't enjoyable. More fresh vegetables or Greek salad would have been nice, as they were always empty

Stay in the hotel was very pleasant. Food was really excellent. It is possible to accommodate in the hotel with dog. Fee for dog is quite high, but personal is more than friendly to dogs. You can feel really welcomed with our pet. Thank you.

We booked because there was parking but because of Christmas parties. The car park was full and we ended up parking in a coach park which was probably not the best idea but there is nothing else. Breakfast was just okay. Beds were comfy the room was clean.

It was ok not the best hotel we have stayed in it was very busy with a Christmas party, staff somewhat helpful, we only had breakfast but no bacon!! but the rest was the same as anywhere in Budapest

The gym smelled horrible and the equipment was rather old The steam room and the sauna are also rather small I wouldn't recommend the restaurant either Still, overall good value, so keep that in mind
