The rooms are a little outdated. The food selection was not ok for my taste.

The accomodation was good, the bed was comfortable. The highlight was the free access at Aquapalace.

While on breakfast, water and juice was offered free of charge, for dinner it was not available and we were supposed to pay extra.

The room could be cleaned up more often.

Everything was good enough for 3 stars hotel. The meal also. People who come here are seeking for relax and treatment that's why something could be forgiven.

The maid is knocking at your door at 8,30. If you can't open on the spot, you will never see her again during the day. A lot of noisy turists, which is surprising as the majority is old people. Hair on the sheets and pillows at arrival The locksmith must have been very bussy as he didn't find 5 minutes to unlock the safe which we found closed when we entered the room. So, we had to keep our values in the car. But hey, who cares about this? The water is a treasure.

-u must pay for the drinks at the dinner -u must choose only one zone where u can enter each day- Premium Zone, Aqua Palace or Aqua Park(last year you could go everywhere everyday -Windows and doors should be soundproof, because it was very loud from the camping

-quite big rooms -clean rooms -towels and wardrobes -u can use hotel pools with hot water -breakfast and dinners included with the price of the room -entry to the Hungarospa and one of the special zones included with the price of the room

If you go with children, it would be good to know that the pool is not indicated for those below 14 years old (because of thermal water).

The staff is ok. At the reception they speak english, but at restaurant no. Room not too big, but enought for 2. Quiet room and hotel also. At breakfest/dinner you can choose from a variety of food. 15 min walk through camping area to Aqua Palace.

We believe the organisation and staff training needs some improvement and the layout of the dining room could be improved too so breakfasts and dinners can run smoothly without too much queueing or waiting around for a table.

Everything was great, baths and wellness facilities were excellent, air conditioning worked well and the food selection was quite good as well. The staff were generally very nice and ready to help with anything we needed.

We had a family room, which provided enough space for the 4 of us. Balcony, hot water in the shower, minibar. So was ok, except from the smell that came from the bathroom, that wouldn’t go even with the ventilation switched on. The food, although not to varied, was ok – we had breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers acces on Aqua Palace, part of the larger water complex, that is open in winter. Lots of swimming pools, slides etc. We enjoyed it (especially the kids!!!). On the other hand… When we first got there, after the bracelet from the hotel was scanned and we got acces to the wardrobe, we noticed that the lockers wouldn’t function. We had to go again to the entrance and be scanned again (don’t know why). Happened also the second day. At the second day – my wifes’s bracelet didn’t work. So me and the kids entered, and she was obliged to go back to the hotel (a good 10 min walk) in order to change the bracelet, a gesture that could be easily done there, at Aqua Palace. The personnell at the gates was generally polite, but there was this lady that was extremely rude, she told my wife to leave the premises and come back with a new bracelet. Also waved on her with her hands. This kind of treatment I think is unsual for the time we live in, and must not be tolerated. If it helps – this is an info for management – this lady worked on Saturday, the 4th of November, in the morning, at about 10:30, on the indoor gate near the restaurant. Really shameful conduct! I mean, they saw me and the kids enter, but banned my wife! Not ok.

The shower cabin was too small and the doors were off, also the shower head was old. Breakfast was poor, tables were always a little messy.

they need to specify the distance to pools and the need to goo outside to reach the pools; poor breakfast;

coffee like tea, no taste; the pictures are different from reality; the personal don't speak english or french and the only indications translated in romanian language ar in to the toilet area;
