Our room window didn’t open and the air conditioning was not working. We felt almost suffocated it was so warm in that room. When we got to our room there were various items that had been left. Such as a bag of bananas and orange juice, and a towel beside my friends bed. The top bunk was exceptionally hard to climb up to, the ladder is crazily narrow and has about 2 steps. This place is grand but nothing special.

Good location. Showers were nice and there were plenty of them! Very helpful laundry services €7.50 for wash and dry with the washing powder. The staff were nice!

It got a little loud from street at night time. The bar closes very early and there’s a Lack of food options on premises.

The property manager is awesome. Helped me arrange new dates when my travel plans had suddenly changed. Many, many thanks to him, I had a comfortable stay. The hostel is modern and nice. Has all the facilities one needs

The sheets were not super clean. Also, the toilet flush was a little broken and our toilet was losing water. The bed base in my room was broken too, but this was not a very big issue.

We really appreciated the location. Also, we had a problem with the air conditioner in our initial room and the staff helped us. They changed us to another room and gave us a private one even though we had the reservation in a 10 person room.

The bathroom was very dirty. The bunk beds are very high and not easy to get to the top bunk. The lockers available are very small.

The hostel has a modern feel, it looks very new. The airconditioning in the room works very well and is very silent. We had an ensuite bathroom, which was nice.

We booked the hostel at the Last minute, after being left on the street because of a false announce on booking.com. They didn’t have any towels the first night, I had to ask the next morning. I booked a room with beeakfast but they simply say they didn’t have it for us, just for groups! When i did the check ou and left with my pillow they asked if I had taken one of their pillows! Awful! The blonde girl at the reception didn’t know how to help the guests! To conclude, the hostel is ok for one or two nights.

The location was good, the bed was confortable and in our room there was an air conditioner!

Breakfast facility was not there , even bar also was closed on sunday, and nearby they didnt recommended any good place.i talked with 4 recepnist , 3 girls were very good but 1 didnt responded well. laguage safty was not proper , there was no any contact landline number, not even visiting card. as i was sharing room with 4 starngers, one of them tried to open my locker and his key entered in the lock provided by hostal. i wand to change my individual room but there was no any economic option available. after compleate reservation they infoformed that in 2 eur more i could have better option.

In reception, only 2 out of 5 electrical sockets actually worked. Basic accomodations, but maybe too basic? If that makes sense. No hooks or anything in bathrooms to hang your stuff.

Fantastic location. Easy check-in. Helpful staff. Clean and simple rooms. We were allowed to shower before check-in time, which was really appreciated.

when you check in , they give a list that you must not do or behave (lncludes eating or drinking at room too) .feels like you are in military. that’s why I couldn’t relax in room at all and 50€ deposit is not a good idea.

There are no televisions in the private rooms, the heating did not work, the windows do not close tightly, the rooms are small, there is no soap, no shampoo, there is no room cleaning service every day only if you ask to clean the room, There are no breakfasts, any hot or cold drink is charged extra, the elevator is old and small

Very central location. Attracts a young crown and it was very crowded when I was there. Nevertheless, the experience was nice, except for the huge line in order to check out. (They were expecting a 200 people group that morning and that delayed my check-out)

The cleanliness was not the best, the first night we found hair on our bedsheets and pillows and we had to wait the next day for them to change it, the bathroom had no window or ventilation so that wasn’t the best as well. Cleaning of the room was superficial

It was very close to the center, you could reach the main attractions very easily on foot. The staff was overall nice to us and available to solve our issues. Very good if you are looking for a great price and can adapt.

The curtain didnt go all the way across the window which looks into other rooms so people could see in at night, had to pay a €50 euro deposit on arrival (although i had no issues getting it back at check out), you arent allowed to eat in the rooms at all despite a fridge and kettle? Our bed was on wheels that didnt lock.

Its super close to the main station and lots of tourist attractions and cafés, there are lots of great public transport links nearby. Room was ok, small, but big enough for two. Good value for money. Nice and clean, common area is really nice. Staff were friendly.

they don’t have a kitchen or microwave where you can prepare coffee or food and they don’t provide towels for free the worst thing is that they have a bar attached to the property, it’s crazy most of the day specially at night people are drunk, fighting, shouting, breaking bottles

There was barely any space for clothes, no closet or cabinet in the bathroom.

Great location, especially for the nightlife; people at the reception were lovely; the room was well isolated from the outside noise. We could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
