A friendly helpful greeting on arrival. We were early so room wasnt ready but they minded our bags while we went exploring The room was perfect in a seperate building, evening meal delicious as were breakfasts. Easy access to transport and attractions.

The beds were a bit odd. As if you are sliding down when lying not in the center of the bed. also, the shower hose was a bit broken.

Fantastic staff, ready to help with any issue. The rooms on the first floor are facing the backyard - usually therea re people having drinks, so it may be a bit noisy if going to sleep early.

First of all, I must say, the location is superb. With bus line 16 you can easily reach the most important spots in Buda (and Pest as well!). It's quiet and very pleasant. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception. Although we arrived early and couldn't check in immediately, we were allowed to store our luggage, so thank you for that! The room was fantastic; we didn't lack for anything. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were as soft as a cloud – it felt like being in a dream. The breakfast was wonderful, offering both a buffet and a small menu, so the selection was more than sufficient. In summary, everything from the staff to the stay itself was simply perfect. We will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately one member of staff let the team down we found him rude and he refused to help us get to one of our excursions because we didn't book it through the hotel. We only had 3 full days there and had planned and booked everything before we went. Be careful when taking a yellow taxi we were charged 25,000 huf (£55.46) for 30 min journey. After that we booked any taxi through the hotel 7,664 huf (£17.00) for 30 min journey. Make yourselves familiar with currency. We asked for breakfast box for 2 people as we were leaving at 7am we had 1 small bottle orange juice, 1 apple 1 orange, 4 large baguettes and 2 chocolate bars. Not quite what i expected. A couple of croissants and orange juice each and some fruit would have been sufficient.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Food was amazing very good selection at breakfast, food in the evening excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is central, walking distance to other restaurants.

Lovely boutique hotel on the Buda side. Staff was always attentive and went out of their way to assist. Rooms are nice and cozy with a free mini bar. The best part was the location - it's less than a 5 minute walk to St Mathias Church and Fisherman's Bastion. Loved catching the views from Fisherman's Bastion at night and then walking back to the hotel. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Great selection of Sri Lankan Dilmah tea as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the quaint parts of Buda!

The tile in the shower was a bit slippery.

The room was clean and nice, free minibar included, the bathroom was heated and big. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant were very good. The staff was so nice and hospitable. They will help you with anything you need. The reception is open 24h. The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet street. Once you enter the castle hill area you can park anywhere for 25 euros/day.

Very welcoming, super friendly and efficient staff. Quick to respond to questions or requests. The property itself is located in the old part of Buda and is an eclectic tasteful mix of modern and historical. Beautiful and nicely appointed rooms. Public transport is very close!

The staff was tremendously gracious and accommodating, the breakfast was complimentary and beyond what I had expected. The location inside the castle gates was convenient and felt extremely safe. Room 8 was beautiful.

It's not a complaint, it's a suggestion. If parking is a bit more expensive for you, park in front of the fortress, you have an elevator and than 300 meters to the hotel on foot. A pleasant walk 😊

The location in Budapest could not be better, just a few minutes walk to the Fisherman's Bastion. It was extremely pleasant to walk there from the very morning before breakfast, when the city is just waking up. The breakfast was also excellent)
