Not enough places to hang clothes etc. Was not impressed when one day we decided to have the treat in the bag instead of having the room cleaned. Disappointed it was just a couple of chocolates. Even more disappointed when the following day when we didn't put out the bag and wanted the room cleaned. It wasn't.

I asked for a quiet room which we got. Nice room overlooked narrow street with little traffic. Room had nice decor. Bathroom good. Location very good for all transport and within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops and tourist locations.

The location was perfect, access to all modes of transportation Kalvin Tier (Square) 1 block; trolley, subway & bus. The hotel staff were as friendly and pleasant as possible & very helpful. The breakfast had variety and was plentiful with good coffee and tea, seating area was lovely as well. The only disappointment was that the rooftop bar wasn't ready but there was a great little English/Hungarian pub was only 100 ft away; perfect for dinner, late night cocktail or snack! The Grand Market Hall, Hungarian National Museum, and Vaci' street were literally 5 minute walks. If your into music take the 47 or 49 Trolley to Deak Ferenc Ter and go to the Akvarium Klub it has two indoor music venues and outdoor lounge bar areas

If we ever decide to choose Budapest as a destination, we will quickly find ourselves in that exact place.

Old customers recommended us this hotel, we booked a room for two nights. In short: I could not think of a better location, sweet little alcove in old town. Thank you to the wonderful staff who tries to help in any situation, they were greeted, celebrated and everyone spoke on a decent level of English. All of them are distinguished by high professionalism. Spacious and comfortable room, which has a concise and at the same time surprisingly cozy atmosphere. In addition to its other facilities, the hotel also has a sauna and jacuzzi, which we enjoyed. Also they offered a breakfast, which was included in the price, the lady who offered us coffee was being very nice.

plastic sheets under the sheets on the bed. I know lots of hotels do this. They should not. It makes a very unpleasant night's sleep (or not sleep).;

Nothing - everything was amazing! Oh if there was one thing they can improve on is to place an actual massage table - we had an amazing massage but it would have been nicer if they had an actual massage table.

Great location… in city center… access to bus, metro and tram within 30 meters…. Almost every tourist destinations in walking distance. Exceptional breakfast and the staff were super hospitable 😊👍 loved the spa too.

The only issue was with the coffee machine but as we went out every day and only had a few days stay we never had chance to get it looked at.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and lovely food.

Refrigerator didn’t get cold enough.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices, and coffee you’d gladly pay for at a cafe. The room was uniquely decorated and hipster friendly. The staff helped with any requests or details like ordering a taxi.
