You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Great location just off the main strip of Legian but quiet and private , staff were kind and helpful Villa was ultra clean Danny was our driver on day trip and made us laugh all the way Wayan was warm and welcoming from airport pick up to drop off Ladies at reception couldn’t be more helpful Highly recommend to stay at Abia Villa .

Even though just off the main Legian street was very quiet. Also has a great cafe on site for food and drinks all well priced. Will defiantly return.

My wife and i stayed here for our honeymoon. It was incredible, they really look after you here. The place is very clean and the food was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
