Amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. The location of the villa is right at the centre of Uluwatu, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are excactly like the ones on the pictures.

Beautiful room, very Greek vibes, great location as well just a walk away from Padang Padang beach. Staff were beautiful and very accomodating. Property very secure with 24hr security. No Tv but you’re hardly in your room!

An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu. Right in the middle of shops, restaurants, beach, yoga - but still very relaxing. Great pool, great breakfast and the best, helpful staff!!!

Amazing location near the beach and shops and restaurants. Absolutely stunning place very clean very good service everyone so helpful and breakfast was the best we ever had from a hotel and they use an app to communicate. They got the little things right 100% recommend

Staff and facilities are incredible for a couple of solo traveller - breakfast each morning is delicious. Located in central Uluwatu and walking distance to Pedang Pedang. Feels so private and relaxing.

Nothing! The curtains are not black out but that didn’t bother us and the hotel provide kits with eye mask and earplugs.

Very friendly helpful staff, great comfy room with nice pool/ bar area and a great location for exploring Uluwatu. There are only 8 rooms and the vibe is chilled and relaxed with lovely fresh decor. The staff and service were really excellent, especially Rika who helped us out with all our questions and requests! Breakfast was really delicious and so nice to have it served to our balcony. It was also brilliant to be able to store luggage and use the pool/shower after checkout - we loved this as we had a late night flight after we checked out. Would very happily stay here again!

The staff went above and beyond for us. They took the time to get to know us and helped us make the most of our holiday. The room service was great and the rooms were modern and clean which I loved. Stay was super comfortable. Location was also great, plenty of food choices nearby, spas and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away.

We didn’t realise how deep the pool was until we hopped in. Would be great if there was signage as it’s probably not safe for children or people who can’t swim. It’s approx 2m deep

Little things that can be set right easily - the room design needs more than one air-conditioning unit or ceiling fans, as the bed is set in the shorter arm of the L and we had little to no air circulation in the sleeping area. Bathroom doors could use frosting instead of plain glass. Even old married couples like some privacy. The biggest one was that the design of the pool drains needs work - most of the time, water from the pool ended up in our tiny 'patio' and despite all efforts by the staff to mop the area, it didn't help. I would recommend grates/drains closer to the edge of the pool that will capture the overflow more efficiently.

Loved the location - set back from the main road, Amara is a cosy and intimate set up. With just 8 rooms, the staff and service is exceptional. We were so well looked after and given all and any assistance we asked for. The tiny pool was fun (though too deep for me!) and again, being behind those tall walls, gave a sense of privacy and cosiness - like we knew a secret others didn't know or expect. The white and turquoise colour scheme was fantastic, and reminiscent of Santorini!! Loved staying there.

It’s quiet, clean, and location was close to all coffee and food. The place reminds me of Santorini- had the pool mainly to myself most of the time. Staff was friendly and made you felt at home. As a solo travel I felt safe and looked after.

Very nice and cozy hotel in Uliwatu! The room is nice decorated, the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Ready to help with everything and do everything they could to make your stay comfortable! I really enjoyed my stay, definitely will stay there again!
