Could not rate amara more highly, everything from staff, breakfast, pool area was exceptional. We will definitely come back if in the area again.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed at Amara Uluwatu for a week, and it was fantastic, the rooms are very modern, everything is clean. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, so you can eat something delicious every morning. The hotel is extremely cute and has a lot of charm, also at the pool you can spend a day very well and the staff reads every wish from your eyes. It has a small bar where you can order anything you need, and if you need anything, the staff will make sure you get it. The owner also takes care of the guests and helps you with helpful tips on the best places to visit. We will come again.

Brand new property, very clean, great breakfast & great location either by walk or by scooty. Staff were amazing, always available and always ready to help. Pool was clean and the cocktails served were on point! Will be our place of residence whenever we are back to Bali !

Amara Uluwatu is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of the center of Uluwatu! The location is very central and you can reach bars, restaurants and shops by foot. All in all it was a 5 star experience… the hotel is brand new with a beautiful outside are and the quality is very high, the rooms smell so good and the beds very comfortable, the staff super friendly, the coffee and the food delicious and the owner is also an amazing guy! I can highly recommend you to stay here when coming to Uluwatu to get the best out of it 🏝️✨

We knew as soon as we arrived we had booked the right property. Beautiful apartment, pool area and lovely staff. The location is just up a driveway in the Main Street of Uluwatu so lots of cafes shops and bars with a good spa right next door. Short scooter ride to Ulu cliff and Padang Padang

First of all, the people are very nice. Especially nice was Dirga at the reception who was fun to talk to!! Breakfast was delicious, good location for the hotel. Clean rooms, large and spacious room. We recommend coming to the hotel

There is nothing not to like

Extremely well thought out and spotless new property. Exceptional design and style with ultimate comfort, in an amazing location, close to cafes, shops, bars and the stunning beaches . All of the staff are wonderful souls, up there with the best, genuine, kind and really helpful. The breakfast, whatever we had, was delicious and the bed was really comfortable. (Also we can recommend their margarita’s - see pics ;) We’ll be sharing Amara with all of our friends and will definitely be staying again (if it’s not constantly booked up, which I fear it will be ha ha).

Perfect location, walking distance to beaches and sport field, supermarket and lot of cafés / restaurants just all around, salon, pharmacy. The apartment itself is so cozy, very well equipped and clean! It really feels like home away from home! All my needs were fulfilled! Very nice staff!

Good location within walking distance to shops / cafes / bars etc. comfortable bed, stylish decor. Lovely pool which felt warm compared to others in Bali. Amazing staff - could not have been better.

We loved staying at Amara! The location is 10/10! Our overall stay was really nice and the breakfast options were good! The wifi gave us no issues so perfect if you need to work and the airconditioning worked well too. The daily upkeep of the rooms by the team at Amara was quick and effiecient. No noise pollution was experienced. We are definetly going back!

The location was perfect, set behind a row of shops within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff were all amazing, friendly, courteous and welcoming, Thiny, Shelna and others. The property itself is new so very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing so was their coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others, would also stay again.

The hotel lacks some privacy, all rooms have a direct view to the pool/common area which is quite small so it can feel a bit claustrophobic. There are no blackout curtains so you wake up early with the light (the hotel does offer eye masks and ear plugs). There aren’t enough tables for everyone to have breakfast outside so you end up asking for breakfast in room. Because of the lack of privacy/space people tend not to use the pool.

Very comfortable bed and quality bedding, great breakfast bowls, very nice staff. the location is good because you can walk to Padang Padang and to shops / restaurants around. Staff were very kind and accommodating.

We had a few issues with the bedroom itself. A bit of style over substance. The bed is in a corner so with two adults - one has to clamber over the other to get in/out. The air conditioning was extremely loud and not that effective. The fridge next to the bed was very noisy. The nightclub next door was also quite loud. And the curtains although gorgeous did not block the lights that were on all night around the pool area nor the sun that came streaming in. So my partner who is sensitive to light and noise, had very little sleep over the two nights we were there.

It’s beautiful and the staff are brilliant! The location is good, albeit a little noisy. The pool area despite being small is stunning. The breakfast was excellent especially the coffee. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, they were all great.
