Maintenance of the villa could be improved.

I like how friendly the staffs were. They ensured we stayed in comfort and went out of their way to better our stay. They were accommodating and kept us well informed.

The sheets smelled dusty all the time. Our room was down very huge steps, which is fine for young guests, but I wouldnt recommend for seniors. Also, the hotel is a bit far from all the touristic points in ubud, so planning transportation around is essential.

The property was beautiful, great jungle view and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was ok.

There are lots of steps that are rather uneven to get up to the lobby or down to the pool. We got used to them though and thought the view was worth the steps.

The room was large and beautiful with a view out to jungle. We saw monkeys in the tree tops outside our room. The swimming pool was very nice.

So many stairs, so so many. Prices in the restaurant where unreasonably high.

The rooms are very spacey! It was great to have our own pool which is next to the jungle. Sometimes monkeys visit it. There is a free shuttle to Ubud centre and back three times a day.

Slight dampish smell, but to be expected in a jungle type setting. There was no evidence of any damp in the villa, all very clean and very private.

Beautiful setting in Ubud with jungle views from the garden and pool. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Would love to go back someday!

Overall not very clean. Breakfast was not much choice (1 western breakfast or 1 asian breakfast).

Location of the hotel is amazing, on the edge of the jungle. We even had wild monkeys on our terasse.

The food wasn't too bad, however, very limited & the location is half hour from Ubud central so made it a bit difficult to get other food without having to travel half hour/hour each time.

The staff were very friendly. The location was amazing, out of the hustle & very scenic. We had a villa with a pool, it was very beautiful to wake up to every morning. The stairs provided good exercise. We got to see the monkeys one morning also.

We honestly don’t know what have happened to this hotel. The way it was built doesn’t match the conditions that it is now. The room has a strong mold odor, and you can see that it needs a lot of maintenance to bring the hotel to a good standard. Walls, furniture and other dependencies are outdated. It is a pity to see such a beautiful hotel in this condition. Hoping that they will change that.

The hotel and the room are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Amazing jungle view. Private pool was clean and welcoming. Air conditioning works properly. Great shower, comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Major issues with property and bit disappointed with booking.com for promoting this property as it had major major maintenance issues. Starting with all buildings having cracks, no treatment for mosquitoes or insects around the property. Pictures in the photos are very much deceiving and that was the impression of another couple we spoke to about. Breakfast options for vegetarians or vegans are very very limited and must say staff in restaurants did not take any effort to try and offer alternative options. Location wise it's too far from Ubud central even though it's only 4 km with traffic and transport access it's 20-30 mins. Hotel had a 15 mins free massage which was not offered until asked.

Our room had a jungle view and that was great. Staff were great given the issues with the property!

No pool service, towels entertainment /music or vibe. Bit dead. Facilities look old. Need more shuttle options. My door was stiff to open outside makes bad noise on ground to open it. Pool too cold to use.
