The only thing that was very disturbing was that there was a certain smell in the room, specially in the bathroom, which was really not nice. I was looking for mold, but could not find any, however the smell was like that or some kind of chemical (maybe insect repellent) It was strong and very unpleasant. The rest of the hotel was ok, not sure if this was just in our room or maybe in other rooms as well.

The hotel is nice, modern. The staff is very kind and attentive. Pool is amazing. Food (breakfast and also restaurant) is very nice. Location is also very good.

Wifi was somewhat flaky this time but usually it is good enough to stream YouTube and Netflix.

Excellent roof top pool and bar. Clean and spacious rooms. Good location of your like Sanur. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are not soundproof. Can hear your neighbour and people going up and door the central stairs.

Great spot - easy access to beach. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Restaurant and rooftop bar had good options and was delicious.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic in every way. Everything is 100% The hotel itself, the rooms, the breakfast, the pool and the pool bar and the massage. Everyone who worked at the hotel did everything to make the stay wonderful, smiling and great staff. No one will be disappointed at Artotel.

I was facing the street and a tiny bit loud with motorbikes, but not too bad.

I loved the artsy style, the breakfast amazing! I had just left a dumpy place with a broken AC and this was the back up plan. Everything was pretty great especially location. Beautiful pool and lounge/bar area.

All was good. It would may be be nice if there was a shower to use at the pool, so option to use pool on last day/when no room and to get changed before flight at night, but otherwise great.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great - so much choice. The pool, though small was lovely and always space. My room was ideal for me and so nice that they also gave me balloons and cake for my birthday. The location was also perfect, overall a great stay!! I will be back :)

Nothing that really matters. WiFi is just ok but still good about to download a few movies on Netflix to stream them later or for a zoom call. I don’t like the cushion even though they have two different ones which is a rare plus. I bring my own. I wish that roof top bar was opened longer but it might be regulations.

I have stayed there multiple times for several weeks. Nice and helpful staff everywhere. Whenever I have a problem which rarely happens, they always solve it immediately regardless of the time of day. Everyone is so friendly. I like the setup. Nice roof top bool with a bar and a good view and decent prices. You can chill, work or enjoy the water. Good rooms with large and comfortable beds. Location is pretty y good if you want to surf the baby reef or want a relatively close walk to most restaurants and the beach although in the latter cases 2 km up north might be better. But you won’t find a similar hotel there.

The bed was a bit too firm. Larger sunshade areas at the pool would be good - the umbrellas they have are too small to provide enough shade for two sun beds.

Good location, loved the design and artwork and the staff were all super friendly. The room was quiet with a great shower and bathroom. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of choices.

The music coming from the bar at 7am each morning was too loud and unnecessary.

Such a central location, close to the beach and shops. Excellent facilities - enjoyed treatments at the spa and loved sitting by the pool sipping cocktails. Very attentive and friendly staff. Couldn’t wish for anything more.

We only stayed one night as our flight was early morning and we came from Nusa Lembongan island. Location was perfect to walk out for food. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great.

If it wasn`t limited by 5 I’d give 10 stars. Incredible nice hotel in the middle of Sanur. Extremely friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with high comfort. The infinity pool on the rooftop, the outstanding authentic food, the short distance to the beach and the calm location beats all I experienced so far on Bali. The interior decoration is outstanding nice. Five minutes walk gets you to the beachfront or into a decent nightlife, if you want it. A supermarket and a 24/7 and all you might be looking for, is nearby. I used to live on Bali for about 2 years, quite some time ago, so I know what I`m talking about. Prices may not be the lowest but they`re worth every Cent. And if you tip the staff, now and then, you`ll get much more than you would like to ask for.
