Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe pillows felt like they were filled with some sort of bead and not plush, not the end of the world but it did affect the quality of sleep. The waterfront amenities, deck, and pergolas need serious maintenance and new mattresses. This alone would nearly bring it to a 10/10
Although the facilities are dated and in need of maintenance the rooms themselves were really nice, modern enough, and most importantly, were clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Watching the sunset off the ocean front deck was beautiful :)

ItalyWe asked a shuttle from airport but it didn't arrive, so we had to find a taxi by ourself. Location is far from the town. Nothing at walking distance. Good if you look just for sea and quiteness. Lobby and garden look old and need refreshment.
Super friendly staff. Beautiful confortable room. Water tank free of charge respectful of environment. Beautiful coral reef in front of hotel. There is no beach but a stair going into the sea and corals few meters far. Very quiet place.

Hotel far from eateries, shop and convenient stores. 20 or more mins walk thru badly lighted gravel roads. Though you can rent a bike with extra cost. Lacks Kitchen utensils, bowls and plates etc. cleaning cloths, too small waste disposal bin that was savaged by cats or monkeys overnights.
Awesome Seafront. Can do snorkelling. Huge room. Cold air Cond. Water pressure and room cleaniless. Room for improvement. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Nice designed staircases for easy use esp with heavy bags and suitcases.

A quaint hotel by the sea with breakfast, run by a group of super attentive, friendly and accommodating women staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, despite the bad weather. Very happy and satisfied with our stay there. They even packed our breakfast to go when we had to do an early check-out. The restaurant wasn’t open but there are restaurants in the same area that do free pick-ups and drop offs! Go to Warung B,Tok!

CanadaNice breakfast provided daily. Fresh fruit smoothies provided for a small fee. A highlight was the reef just a few feet into the ocean. Snorkel around the cement pier just to the west for a huge array of BEAUTIFUL fish! I spotted a purple & yellow puffer! As good of snorkeling as a paid trip I took to blue lagoon. Bring your own googles, as the resort has been limited in equipment availability. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to special requests/needs. Much appreciation for the hospitality. Air conditioned rooms were nice and chilled.

A big shout out to Lenny and the team at Crystal Beach for their friendly and helpful service during my first stay in the hotel. While the building itself was a bit dated and needed some TLC the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I asked for to make my two night stay relaxing and peaceful. I will return again next season to relax in the quiet pool area. The hotel is at the end of a long driveway so no passing traffic can be heard from the hotel areas. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate and dinner on my first night was delicious.

The staff here are absolutely amazing- friendly and caring. Our utmost thanks to Leni and her team for all their care, consideration, and friendliness. It's a gorgeous location, made even better by the staff. We stayed in a "top hotel" in a tourist area after Candidasa and found we missed Crystal Beach!

FranceThe hotel was very poorly maintained. The bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in, garbage was in the bin and the shower with toilet very dirty, towels were absent in the room and we had to ask for it. The AC didn't work well and it was hot to sleep in the room. Kitchen was filthy and breakfast was very poor. We felt that the staff do not have any motivation to take care of the facilities.
Location is very quiet, the room was spacious, water refil was great.
