The shower head is so close to the wall it's hard to get under it😊 and at times not a lot of hot water. Let's remember though where you are and how economical the room is. The one thing that does need to be addressed urgently is the toilet seat in room 3. It has some abrasions on the top of tge seat which would make it difficult to keep germ free.

The photos were obviously taken when the hotel was brand new and very sparkly with time and use some of the sparkle has faded but still great value for money. Pool was gorgeous, beakfast satisfying, bed comfortable and I loved sitting on my little verandah early in the morning listening to nature. The hotel is set back off the road and when you walk down the path you leave the city noise behind. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is beautiful budget accommodation and I would stay there again.

House keeping was a little inconsistent No water in room when I arrived - no welcome drink Coffee was not replenished daily, had to ask , and on my last evening water appeared in my room - but I had already purchased this. I didn’t realise I could have a pool towel until I saw a guest asking for one - could be in room for guest use. And not sure why the pool beds didn’t have cushions - they did on my last day.. so were uncomfortable to lay on for 2 days. These are all small gripes ,I loved my stay, but with some consistency my stay would have been more comfortable.

The shower water took a bit to warm up and because the shower head doesn't really adjust, there was only limited space in the shower itself.

Stayed 2 nights for 2 people. It was walking distance to the main strip of Ubud shops (10-20 mins) and walking distance to monkey forest. Some of the best food restaurants nearby in Bali and the breakfast that was included was delicious. Room itself was clean and spacious enough for a night or two.

Booked after reading the reviews. It was in a great location, but set back from the road so it felt very peaceful despite being so close to the centre of Ubud. Staff were great and were very polite and helpful. Breakfasts were good and offered daily room cleaning. The room was spacious, clean and included a fridge. We ended up extending our stay and being there for a week. I’d definitely recommend this lovely accommodation.

My only issue was that there were only two teeny tiny bottles of water given - it was the only place I stayed where I had to go buy additional drinking water.

Location is fantastic, staff is delightful, and the property is so beautiful. Great pool. Breakfast is also delicious!

What a lovely people working here. It was my birthday and they prepared a floating breakfast including a birthday cake. They really made my day special. Although this place is in the centre, it is very quite. The room is nice and the bed was comfy. Good there is a mosquito net.

Quiet spot, right down the road from the Yoga Barn and some lovely vegan/vegetarian restaurants. Lovely pool and we only saw 2 other couples during our stay. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful gardens.

Be prepared, that there's a gap between the balcony door and wall so that mosquitoes and geckos can freely access your room and you can't do anything about it. There's also mould in the bathroom. It's not very clean

Overall it's a decent value for the price. We stayed 6 nights. The staff is very helpful. You can choose a selection of breakfast that will be served in your room. Also it's quiet in the room

The shower heat did not work. Requested twin beds got one queen bed instead.

Location is in the heart of Ubud. it is really quite as the property title says “Hidden”. Room is clean, it even has a desk for people like me (remote worker) to work with a laptop. Staffs are also friendly to us.

The place is hard to find (I wouldn't if my friend, who arrived first, hadn't told me where it was). I had confirmed a twin room but got a double instead.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and cosy and they serve you breakfast in your room. Staff is very kind.
