Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

You must improve and renovate the room 1506, since the furniture and bed are quite old. It is different with Premier with 2 bedrooms that we stay before. The breakfast is very good and car parking is good.

IndonesiaSince the hotel is connected to a mall there is limited dedicated parking space for hotel guests. Tho there is a dedicated parking area, but when I arrived all are already full so I parked my car 1 floor below. The room is okay but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it's pretty damp.
Very near to the Braga street. Note that if you are staying during the weekend, Braga street is very crowded! There are many cafes and restaurants in along the street so you wont have to worry about food. The staffs are very friendly, that a plus point. The check in and checkout process is quick and simple. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Pretty spacious, there are spaces to open 2 cabin-sized baggage.
