Ac was not good in the upstairs room

The lounge room TV could probably be updated to a larger size, but that’s not really why we’re in Bali.

Stayed in an amazing 1 bedroom villa. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool is clean, refreshing, and much larger than in many other similar villas. Very spacious bathroom with large bath and separate shower. There’s some good walkable coffee shops around. It’s a short cab/bike ride into the busier part of Seminyak. But easy to get food / drinks delivered by Grab / Gojek also. Highly recommend.

Only fault I could say, was the aircon could have been a bit colder upstairs. Downstairs was fine. Although staffed accommodated by bringing us a fan.

The villa was beautiful and kept so clean. It was something you would see from a magazine. The staff are very helpful, kind and polite. Booked taxis whenever we looked for one, cleaned our rooms everyday, couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommended and definitely will be booking again.

The Villa was nice and clean. Staff were fantastic always onsite and happy to help. Defiantly value for money, pool was lovely. Everything was cleaned and changed daily, Would recommend to Download Gojek for transport and food deliveries great prices, Seminyak Square and other places to visit are 10 minutes in a taxi with Gojek. Local shop 3 minuite walk has everything you need Water, ice, soft drinks ect, with a salon next door for all treatments (massages were very reasonable prices).

Staffs are awesome especially the villa manager Mr.Dodi and his coordination which made our stay beautiful and memorable.We wanted to celebrate our son's birthday.Dodi arranged everything, cake, amazing decorations at villa garden, photographer,videographer,custom-made poster and all which made our day very special. He is an amazing person.

The location for me wasn't that close to Seminyak area, where the shops are. So a lot of grab (type of uber in Bali) had to be request to get us around, plus the area didn't have much places around with breakfast options. The villa had a lot of mozzies, where the staff needs to spray repellent every night, thank god!

Quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom area. The location is good if you're not wanting to be in the hassle bustle of the city, but quite far, if you want to hit the beach or the flea market.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and cozy. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing and the outdoor area was sunny and very relaxing.

There are nocturnal birds that sqwuak ALL night. They are relentless and the sound is really obnoxious. The staff were so understanding though and went and got earplugs.

Good Location and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Icy cold air-conditioning, beautiful pool. The shower area is like a little oasis and the bath was big enough to fit 2 people. They also allowed for late check out which was great.

The villa facilities were good, my kid love the pool. But, it is lack of maintenance not sure if it is because most of the areas explodes to the weather

walking distance to famous Seminyak Street. The villa doesn’t serve breakfast but there is a Ramada Hotel next store which they serve breakfast for AUD 10 per person. Staffs speak basic English but very friendly.

They don't have in room dining Ordered breakfast - Staff came & prepared breakfast inside villa😅 Floor a bit dirty - After check in had to ask them to clean again. Water pressure too slow. Bathtub is a bit dirty They also charged me 3% extra for using credit card..If I know earlier I would have brought extra cash.

Clean and comfortable Villa with a lovely pool, decent size compared to some one bedroom Villas in Bali. Very good location, 5 minutes to Seminyak on scooter and supermarket around the corner. Friendly staff and the girl in reception, Desy organised a scooter for us to hire. Will come and stay here again soon.

First night we stayed in Villa 1 it needs updating as it is looking a little tiered, the team on-site we’re excellent and arranged for us to move to villa 2 the following day which was of an excellent standard ..
