Had to ask for towels as there were none in our room. Waited 2 hours for them after a long day of travel. There were no staff at reception during our 4 night stay. The pool was green, couldn’t see the bottom. Had to text a number to ask them to clean it. It was green until the day we checked out so we couldn’t use it the entire stay. Waste of money as we booked for the pool. Rooms aren’t airtight, lots of insects but there is a mosquito net. We tried to rent a moped, we waited 40 minutes and then we’re given one that the brakes were disconnected so we went elsewhere.

Some minor things to note, if you don’t like wildlife, the bathrooms are outdoors and although I don’t mind, I know some people might not like being greeted by frogs jumping up the drain pipe. Perhaps a drain pipe cover would help? Also, the bathroom door (which was an external door) did not shut properly or lock. This made me feel unsafe as the property was not secure when I was sleeping or when I had left the hotel. As a solo traveller, this was unnerving. Other things to note are the rooms do not get cleaned. Bins don’t get emptied and toilet roll does not get replenished. I only stayed for two nights so this didn’t bother me but I heard other guests complaining.

The property is in a good location, very easy to get to nearby attractions. The pool is nice and the cabins are lovely as well. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It was good value for money, just a few things to note before booking which are listed in the next section.

Stayed here for 5 nights and the room didn’t got cleaned once. There was no trash can in the room, only a small one outside for the toilet. There were ants in the bed.

Locking the entry & bathroom doors was a bit of of a problem in most rooms & needed some work on them as the many gaps in them let a large amount of mosquitoes in at night time. There was a mosquito net over the bed that helped with the door problems.

The pool was a good size for the amount of guests staying at the villas. The villa was quite roomy & the open bathroom was a great size. Location was excellent, close to all restaurants, bars & shops.

Towels looked old and dirty and were not changed during our stay. Cockroach in one of the showers. It's in the middle of the island so you have to travel when going to the beach or restaurants. Many beach clubs offer free pick-up though.

The only negative is that the staff pester you a lot about where you are going and what your doing, trying to convince you to cancel your ferry booking for a “cheaper price”. As well as this there didn’t seem to be many people around when you needed them to ask questions or book transport etc

The villas were beautiful and private, the pool area was lovely to chill around & the pool was cleaned of debris daily. Close to the restaurants and by far my favourite hotel on our trip.
