The lighting was very dark in the room, that was my only issue!

The location was great, the staff were excellent, they organised the dolphin watching for me and did my laundry , they were very helpful.

Mattress was very soft. The TV was not programmed (I am sure the staff would have fixed this for us if we had asked them). Hot water was inconsistent and water pressure was bad.

Lovely pool. Location was good for us on a quiet street. Staff were responsive. The room was clean but the bed linen was stained yellow. Having a fridge and kettle was a big plus.

Perhaps the hedges could have been thinner to make extra path walking space to our room a bit roomer.

Very relaxed clean place to stay. Staff can organise most things including washing transport and breakfast. Happy to return.

The garbage bin are not emptied if you don't ask for it. Toilet papier are not provide if you don't ask for it. The villas are not well maintained, keys are rusted

The water pressure often dropped to almost gone and the hot water was only tepid.

The room was suitable and enough space. The safe was booked to the wall-most places just place it on a wardrobe shelf. Pool was great and the setting beautiful.

The only downfall of this stay was the amount of ants inside the house, so many on bench coming out from oven, around the sink and the cutlery draw, lots on the dining table too and even coming out of the cracks in the floor tiles. When I went to ask for some bug spray I couldn't find anyone to ask. Would've been a perfect score if it wasn't for the ants

Amazing place to stay for a couple of days while in Lovina for dolphin trip. Big private place, very comfortable and new, has a lovely pool and pool area, awesome bed and shower too. Hot and cold filtered water available.

Pool needed a clean, just leaves on the bottom not filthy... and there was no kettle to make a coffee, only a coffee machine (drip pot) and I didn't have ground coffee to make some. The 2nd bedroom is a little closed in but ok if you're planning to go out alot.

The villa was comfortable and private. Nice little pool. Close to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor sitting areas were good.

Over all was good, staff very helpful, pool clean, walking distance only a minute to ganesha beach. rate was very good.all facilites avalible including hot water, I promised when visiting Lovina will stay again at this 2 bed room private pool villa.Thanks for the services.

Pool was very shallow, i don’t even think it was 1 metre deep, so very shallow, couldn’t swim in it. But worst of all was the toilet didn’t flush when we got there, they seems to do something and it worked. The next day they said the water was turned off for a couple of hours for repair, that was ok I understand repairs need to be done. But the next morning I went to get in the shower and about 3 drops were coming out, I could not be othered to tell them as we were leaving that morning, but not very good. Also need new shower heads. I understand the hotel is owned by Australians so I would expect a good shower as that is one thing travels look for. No breakfast or anything available to purchase. It is quiet a walk to the restaurants especially walking back in the dark.

Rooms were nice, nice size fridge which is outside of the room on the patio. Staff were very nice, didn’t really see them much.
