We didn't love the coffee. We ordered flat whites and it wasn't drinkable. We didn't love the salt water in the swimming pool and the thin walls made us hear the noisy children in the room next door for the entire time they were there. Keeping couples and kids separate could be better. The bed was also very creaky.

The only thing that I could possibly say I didn't like is that it was not right on the beach, but the beach wasn't far so that was not a big deterrent.

The best of the best!! If you want tranquility, great customer service, friendly staff, great food (chef here is really one of the best on the island - ask for the Beef Rendang!), this place is for you 💕 It is not beachside, however; it is inland on the island, but it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach 🏖️. I stayed in the private villas with my own private pool, which was so comfortable and allowed me to use the pool anytime day or night, sans swimsuit or with swimsuit. While not the most luxurious resort on the island, it’s very top notch. I will come here again and again. I felt so welcomed, so cared for, and all while enjoying privacy when I needed it as well as socialness when I wanted it. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe here. And the massage by people on staff was excellent.

A minus (but maybe secretly a plus).. was the WiFi cutting out.. but mostly I didn't like that we had to leave.

The property is spotless. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pools are cleaned & quality tested daily. The staff are all so friendly and greet you by name. The hotel is simply beautiful. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in bathroom was perfect. This is a beautiful romantic hideaway set inland and away from the beach side bustle and noise. We couldn't fault it.

They charge extra for everything, the breakfast is a little portion and food is quite expensive but other than that it was nice!

Maintenance of the place could be better. In our room the wooden floors inside and outside were completely worn down and quite dirty. Transport offer was really expensive. Better not to book via the hotel.

Quite hard to get to, especially at night. You have to literally walk through the jungle to get there& it’s an 18-min walk from the port (only option if you don’t want to use the horses)

The snorkeling tours that the guy at the reception offers aren't really worth it. You can do the same early in the morning and get better experience.

The hotel is incredible and perfectly representative of the Gili Meno atmosphere. The staff are adorable, always smiling and available to help (they even brought us back a bag we'd left at the hotel on the quayside so we wouldn't miss our boat). The pool is spacious and heated. It was like being in an oasis. The pool area was exceptional and I loved swimming and spending time there. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a little villa with private pool and it was lovely sitting on the lounging couch with the bubbling sound of the pool, a cooling breeze coming through and a beautiful garden. Perfect.

The room was a little small, but fine for a short stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful organising our boat transfer to the island and pick up. The location is great, right on the beach with sun lounges. There is a lot of coral on the beach so you might want little beach sandals - we were fine but just need to walk carefully! We went snorkeling right in front of the hotel and saw turtles and beautiful fish. The breakfast at the hotel is great, and we had dinner there several nights which was lovely too. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean if a little small. I recommend getting plenty of cash out before you go to Gili Meno - we charged our meals and drinks at the hotel on card but you'll need cash for any snorkeling/boat trips.

Would love to see reusable straws in the restaurant! Next time we would probably choose their beachside property instead. This location isn’t bad as the island is so small but it is a bit of a walk to most things.

Staff were awesome! A big thank you to Rozie, you are amazing, so incredibly helpful! The Private Villa was so lovely, really cozy bed with a mosquito net. The outdoor chairs were also really comfortable and the plunge pool was lovely, think it was saltwater too! The breakfast was delicious. Close to a few really amazing local Warungs. Very quiet and peaceful. Refillable drinking water too.
