Good value for price this near to the international airport. Good restaurant for the evening if you use it, and good breakfast. Confortable bed and clean.

It would be useful to send a map of the shuttle pick-up point at the airport - it is not obvious when you exit. More vegetarian breakfast (and general meal) options would be appreciated

We just stayed one night but I would come back any time. From the start until the end it was very nice and friendly. The hotel arranged am airport shuttle and our driver DAVI was very kind and helpful. He offered to stop at a warung or supermarket so we could get some Drinks and food. It was late at night and we were hungry. Thanks again for your help.

The Orchardz Hotel is in a great location for a rest after along flight. The courtesy bus and driver a provide a quick transfer. The quality of the room, shower and restaurant food makes it a wonderful experience. Because of traffic in Jakarta we always stay at the Orchardz Hotel after arriving and before we travel back home…

My wife complained about the smell of the pillows, but otherwise it was fine. I felt the breakfast buffet was excellent though mostly made up of Indonesian food.

Close to the airport which is what we were looking for. The free shuttle to the airport was good although it only goes every hour to the airport. It picks you up at any time.

Very convenient to spend a night betwenn flights. Close to the airport and with a free shuttle service. Rooms are clean and confortable. Beds are very confortable.

There was some confusion with the shuttle pick-up location, which was not the standard indicated airport 'pick-up zone' at international arrivals, but someplace near domestic flights - a bit of a walk.

Great location if you have a long layover, and want to catch some sleep in between flights. Free airport shuttle (takes +- 15 min drive). Breakfast is already open in the middle of the night, so no worries if you have a very early flight.

Pick-up point for the airport shuttle is quite a walk when you arrive by an intercontinental flight (at another terminal). Restaurant could use some decoration.

Very close to the airport, good shower, beds nice and firm, perfect airconditioning, breakfast starting from 2.30am, free airport shuttle, restaurant serves good food. The perfect pick for an overnight lay-over or first/last night before flying out.

- The furniture of the hotel and of the room was quite old-style; - It is far from the city (at least 30-35 minutes from the center) - it is ok if you need to book one night (for example, it is perfect if your flight from Jakarta leaves early in the morning), but it is not convenient if you want to visit the city.

- The room was clean and spacious; - The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and viceversa (only 15 minutes) was a great option - you just have to tell the staff at what time you need to take the shuttle (or the details of your flight) and they will arrange it for you (in the morning, there is one shuttle leaving the hotel every hour, so at 5 am, 6 am and so on); - Breakfast contains several options, was included in the price of the room and started at 2.30 am; - The dinner at the restaurant was ok (mainly indonesian/chinese style, but there were also few western options).

Even though the hotel is nearby CGK it took surprisingly long to get there with the hotel shuttle. Breakfast is mainly for locals, not much "westerner" options.

- Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Close to the airport. Ideal when you have an early flight. - There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to pick you up from the airport and bring you to the airport. We had to send a message ourselves to arrange the shuttle.
