We arrived very late/early morning and the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful even though they just woke up!

Only two chairs for four bed room. Bathroom was a little bit old.

Great location, close to the harbour and close to the snorkling beach. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Good and comfortable bed, the room was clean.

I saw dust around the window. Also there are two tea cup but it's dirty.

The breakfast is good but the time is little bit early.The location is really nice. It can see the ocean from room.

This is an older building,so do not expect 5*. Steep stairs to get to upstairs rooms. Didn't bother us, We were helped with our luggage. As with many Bali bathrooms, not quite to our level of cleanliness.

View from second floor seafront room was great. Kingsize, comforable bed. Short walk to snorkelling beach, Blue Lagoon. However up a fairly steep road.

Lunch meal serving was very small.

The view from the dining area was superb across the bay where you watch the ferries coming and going. Air-con and Wi-Fi worked fine. Beds large and comfortable. Great breakfasts.

The staff could have been a little more welcoming, I felt like I was annoying them a little with my presence at times, but to be fair I am a (probably annoying) tourist so I completely get it! 😂❤

Perfect for a short stay to catch the fast boat in the morning to Gili T! The balcony was so beautiful overlooking the harbour and I got to see the most special sunrise / sunset from my room. The bed was ginormous and the air con was great. The breakfast was adequate and tasty and all was good. 🥰

One of the staff members, a girl, was very snappy and unfriendly. She gave me hard times with my simple ordinary requests (boat ticket booking that she refused to sell me and lunch order she screwed up). If it wasn’t for the boy working there, I would have left. Lunch was absolutely not worth the price (small portion and not enough cooked grilled fish that resulted raw) and her manners unacceptable. The owner didn’t seem like caring. I also found the price of the room too high considering you have no beach access and no sea view. Even if it’s not their responsibility, it was also quite stinky in the outdoor dying area. It’s ok for just 1 night

Wi-Fi signal wasn’t very strong at times.

We were lucky and got one of the rooms with a view which was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. A good choice of breakfast which was included. Good size room.

Nothing bad to say-

This is a really great option for when you return from Gili/Lombok and beat the hassle when you get off the ferry in Padangbai. Comfortable clean rooms with a nice view, really friendly and helpful staff, decided to extend my stay as I was happy to be there.

Just perfect base to catch the boat to the Gilis. They let you leave our extra luggage for 2 weeks. Basic but functional

Nothing about the hotel, but the waters outside of the bay at the beaches are quite treacherous and really dangerous with tides and swells… great snorkeling but its better to hire a small boat.

Location excellent at the beach, rooms are adequate, breakfast good enough for a few days. Padangbai grows quiet after 5 pm until the next morning 8 am, but there are more than enough restaurants, warungs and small bars to enjoy the evening’s. With two beaches at walking distant very convenient. Good & safe swim early mornings in the bay.

It was honestly all we needed so there was nothing we didn't like......

The purpose of our visit was that this property is ideally situated for catching the ferry to Gili Air which was our final destination. Fantastically comfortable , basic but clean, friendly owners and staff - so satisfied all our requirements !

The villa's are not that bad, but need some upgrading and local art and maybe traditional furniture to give the rooms more character. I guess renovation would also upgrade the villa's state and presentation.

Thoughtful staff, who brought me to the nearby ATM for cash money without charging me. My son loves ACK. The kind host brought me to the nearby ACK to satisfy my son's need. Again without charging us. It felt like home and having family around us.

Awesome location.. Seaview room was great. Room was clean, staff attentive and breakfast was also great. They let me leave my suitcase there while travelling to Gili Island.

The staff is very grumpy and rude at every hour, check in, check out and breakfast. Rooms need a proper cleaning and need to be updated. The mirror of the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned since 1995! The shower was leaking and spraying water everywhere! The price we paid was really cheap, so can’t complain too much, but at least the staff could be more friendly.

Nice location, just in front of the harbour, about 100mts from the Pier to go the the islands. There is a nice beach at 10 minutes walking. Several restaurants around the hotel, at night time the town is really empty.
