We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe meals at the open restaurant were a bit on the bland side - or perhaps just what we chose. The mattresses in some of the cabanas are probably due for replacement but we accept that so many places are still recovering after such long lockdowns.
The hotel is situated about 500-800 metres from lots of other smaller hotels, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance for Happy Hour cocktails. The view from the hotel breakfast room is just gorgeous and we loved the small shaded beach open cabanas right on the beachfront and looking towards Nusa Penida. Nice shower open to the sky in a very decent-sized bathroom and the rooms are spacious. Gardens huge and well-kept. It's terrific for a relaxing week.

LuxembourgThe whole place needs some serious investments/maintenance, especially the common areas - lobby and the breakfast area/restaurant. The breakfast buffet looked just sad, food was there but it didn’t look encouraging. The cleanness of the area was also not up to a 4star standards. The pool area looked slightly sad too, umbrellas were not out, sun beds not out, mattresses not out, but we could see them piled up in the storage. Even-though the hotel advertises yoga classes several times a week, there was nothing complementary available for the hotel guests. no real beach
very nice and well maintained gardens, stunning views on the mountains, good location further away from mass tourism, but still lots of restaurants within walking distance. spacious villas, although they need more maintenance/renovation, daily room cleaning well done. we didn’t use spa, but the area looked very nice, well maintained with nice views and gardens.

Like many Bali resorts this one is recovering from Covid. The staff are Bali-sweet, the villas are private, the beach is 20 steps away. Loved the raised platforms over the beach for morning meditation or evening glass of wine,

Breakfast very good value and the best Pineapple juices that I had on our holiday. Location of hotel facing the sea was very good. The swimming pool was again the best that we experienced. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Outside bathroom and shower. Room service everyday.
