The resort is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Very comfortable Balinese-style cottages are surrounded by a lush, well-kept garden. The service is very nice.

The food in the restaurant was fine, with fair prices, but to be honest it wasn't anything incredible. Air conditioning struggled a bit to really cool the room, but this was no doubt down to the high ceiling and wood/bamboo construction. It wasn't really an issue.

Lovely resort. Really enjoyed the diverse range of activities on offer. Impressive room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was worth the drive from Ubud. This is a place to come and sit by the pool for at least 3 days. Didn't dive but briefly swam in the beautiful sea.

The only issue was the main pool was being drained and repaired but we did stay in the quietest month of the year when property maintenance is common

Our room was in a group of 6 rooms with a beautiful large pool to share surrounded by lovely gardens and palm trees that all looked over the ocean crashing just over the garden wall. The whole resort property was beautiful, with a very laid back natural beauty Bali vibe. We ate at the restaurant 3 meals everyday for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The food and cooking was unpretentious healthy comforting. I had an excellent massage (one of the best in my month long trip around Bali!) and private spa pool with my partner. The staff are all amazing, friendly and very helpful service throughout our stay was 10/10 We really hope we can come back again one day it was honestly so delightful beautiful and relaxing!

Having to leave.

This is the best place to stay in the Tulamben area. The beds are so comfortable. The food is delicious and the staff is so kind. After a morning of diving or snorkeling, the massage staff is heavenly. The new Monkey bungalows are perfect for small families. I hated to leave!

Hotel definitely need some maintenance. Not fit the 4 stars hotel standard. The shower needs couple of minutes for the hot water and the flow was Laminar. Shampoo, conditioner and incense smells too synthetic.

There is a nice diving centre right in front of the reception. Laundry service was good. Staff was nice. I do like the bracelet when you check out,If it for protection purpose better gave the guest when they are check in.

The swim up bar is not in use. There was a sign that said 'ring bell' but the bell was completely rusted and falling apart. The entertainment area with the pool table, ping pong etc was in a terrible state.

The Villa's are beautiful and very clean. The Scuba Diving operation is fantastic. Pool is lovely, food was excellent.

I don't even know where to start! This was my first trip to Bali and before the trip I was very worried about choosing a hotel because I didn't want it to spoil the whole impression about this island! But all my worries dissipated as soon as I arrived at the destination! First of all, a garden and a bungalow! I have never seen anything like it! Everything is so beautifully combined that what you see simply takes your breath away! Secondly, the hotel staff! All employees are very polite and useful! For example, if you need something from the store, they will order it and after a while you can pick up all the things you need at the reception! Also the driver! They were like bodyguards, always accompanied and even transferred across the road! It is possible not to talk about the cleaning of the rooms at all because the bungalow was always cleaned! Diving was also great! My instructor Septi was very attentive and serious about his work! With him, I felt comfortable under water already on the second lesson! Kitchen! Each of their dishes is a masterpiece of culinary art! The food portions are so large that not everyone will be able to finish them! Separately, I want to tell about the owners of this hotel! The guys organized great excursions for me that will remain in my memory forever! They also helped me with all the questions I was interested in! Summing up, I want to say that I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The food at the restaurant and the cocktails at the bar are acceptable but do not meet the quality standards of the rest of the resort. The resort would benefit from a change of chef with more dedication to quality and particularly authenticity of the food and drink. But there are some other restaurants in the area and at nearby resorts which are worth the short walk along the beach.

For families with drivers this place is absolutely ideal and highly recommended. The service at the drive center is exceptional. Diving is super easy with several very good reefs and a wreck directly in front of our rooms over a pebble beach. Great visibility and abundant marine life. Super helpful international staff making our stay exceptional. Decent spa. Great transport service.

Annoying was that the Internet kept disconnecting,usually not a problem if you just enjoy the place and the lovely staff, but we needed to do a few business calls. So we had to leave paradise earlier as planned.

It was such beautiful place to stay 😍 watching the sunrise every morning in bed or by the ocean, which was just 20metres away, was just mesmerising 😊

Absolutely great diving. Beautiful colorful home reef. And above all, own fantastic Relax wreck. It was sunk 11 years ago as a biological project of the resort and in cooperation with the Indonesian government. Overall a very greatful environment. Still unspoiled Bali. Don't look for discos and shopping here. Look for nice people, amazing gardens, incredible sunsets, and total relaxation.

It's important to be aware that the resort is quite far from the airport, approximately a 3-hour journey, which can be tiring for some travelers. Also, there aren't many places of interest in the immediate vicinity, so planning your activities ahead of time is essential to make the most of your stay.

The surroundings offer stunning views, making it an ideal spot for couples seeking a tranquil and picturesque retreat. The resort provided us with a perfect setting for a honeymoon with beautifully decorated rooms and a complimentary one-hour jacuzzi experience.

Our room had some sort of sewer like smell, they tried to mask it by using a lot of air refresher daily. The breakfast is very basic considering the price of the room. On checkout we were given the bill of our dives. And we found it strange that they charged the same amount for a dive without instructor as they did with instructor. We pointed this out, but they wouldn’t change it. Also I think in an age where digital payment is standard it’s kind of odd to charge 3% for card payments

The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The whole resort has a nice atmosphere, with a nice looking pool and restaurant. Also the dive spots nearby were great to visit. I would recommend going here if you like a relaxed vibe

Everything was pretty straight forward, and nice. If I had to choose something bad, I'd say it was my bed, 2 singles pushed together with a cover over the gap that made it uncomfortable to lay anywhere other than the edges. Still plenty of room for a single dude, but a couple would have had more troubles.

What an amazingly beautiful spot, great amenities, and some of the nicest folks around. The diving guide Gday was such a cool guy, I really enjoyed diving with him. The ladies in the spa were amazing! I also enjoyed all of the food I tried.
