Not a big thing, but some of the light bulbs did not work and need replacing. One lampshade was missing. The fridge didn't cool. These are minor things really, it didn't make our stay less memorable.

The room is spacious and decorated with great taste. The bed is very comfy and clean. The bathroom is very nice and well-decorated. The staff is friendly and the cleaning of the room in the morning is good. Were able to get around easily thanks to the central location.

Incredible value for money. Highly recommended. If you want 5 star hotel experience, this isn’t the place. If you want a great bed, good shower, lovely pool and very helpful staff then this is perfect. Well located and wonderfully comfortable.

Maintenance could be better - loose and broken wood decking around pool. Rooms were fine, but could do with a thorough clean - more of a spring clean rather than the basics inbetween guests. However, i would still stay there again.

Rooms were great, only a few rooms, so felt like you had the place to yourself. Nice pool. Staff friendly. Close to supermarket.

My room (number 2) was very musty smelling and quite dark. The tap water in bathroom had a foul smell. But for the price you can’t expect perfection.

I liked 2 of the staff, they were both lovely people, and helpful.

There is a major problem with the SEWAGE SYSTEM in this property! Absolutely disgusting smell of raw sewage, so fowl that I had to plug my nose with toilet paper to use the bathroom. I asked management to rectify the problem, and they did a clean of the top grill of the shower, (that does nothing) and put 2 (? moth balls) on the grill to mask the smell, but nothing can mask the smell of such a distinctive raw sewage smell. The premises is also over run with mosquitoes, and very slow internet connection. Asked the manager for the name of the supermarket at the end of their Jalan, so that I entered the details correctly for Grab Drivers, and was told “I dont know” even though he works 1000m for years from the supermarket, he obviously just couldn’t be bothered to help me, and told me to just go to the other supermarket klms away!!! This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in because of the sewage smell. I also asked another lady staying there if she had problems with the sewage, because I wasn’t sure if it was just my room, but she said her room was foul smelling as well.

this is a very small negative point but i would have liked if the swimming pool was taken care more often ( like daily). That would be more appreciated.

i really love the cozy feel of the place and the choice of furniture! The cleaning was always perfect and staying there was a real way of feeling at home away from home. it is really calm and relaxing and quite a short trip from many interesting places. But the highlight of the stay was the professional team that is on site that helped me to make my stay confortable although I had a leg injury. They were just supporting me with my healing process and this what made my stay even more impactful. Thank you to Mahendra especially!
