Such a nice place to stay at. The breakfast is beyond amazing! The swimming pool is under construction now but you can use the pool next door, so it’s not a problem. Wi-fi works really well around the property but does not reach some bedrooms or has a very low signal ( was not a problem for us as we used our phone data)

Everything. This place was amazing, delicious big breakfast, extremely clean rooms with towels, facecloths, kettle, coffee/tea, laundry available, nice outdoor seating and shared space. Kitchen was spotless.

Amazing villa, very beautiful, rooms big and with an incredible outdoor bathroom. Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast and people that work there are the best, they helped with scooter renting and served nice and big breakfast.

Location.. you need your own transport or take taxis everywhere.

The owner keeps the property in excellent decorative order. Found all staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful with information about the local area. Host (John) offered us to join them one evening for family BBQ, so we felt very welcomed. Excellent breakfast.. great pool.. Ideal property for big family holiday, just book the entire villa..

Nothing- if I had to say - The only small thing is location- we liked where it was as was quiet -but you may need a bike or car to get around

A beautiful oasis tucked away 10 minutes from Senggigi. John and his staff were so helpful and kind- John went above and beyond what we expected and even printed our travel documents for a visa extension. Breakfast was delicious! The best in our 6 week travel so far. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and pool was lovely. We had a car rented so it was easy for us to boot around- visiting the waterfalls Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu Waterfall (do not miss!) Great stay and will come back

Not much within walking distance of the property but we hired a motorbike and explored the beaches, alternatively it’s just a short trip to Mataram city.

Excellent breakfast which can be made vegetarian. Welcoming, helpful staff. It’s a beautiful building with plenty of greenery and chirping birds. Room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed

Lovely, clean and modern accommodation. Warm welcome and drink from staff even at a later time in the evening. Smooth check in, clean and comfortable room. They gave us towels for the room and separate ones for the pool. Great pool. Breakfast cooked fresh everyday, the cooked breakfast was my favourite and the best breakfast we had in 4 months of travelling. Staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for you! Would 100% recommend.

- The owner did say some interesting things sometimes but I’m *hoping* it was harmless. I still rate this place a 10 even if this was uncomfortable at times because everything else exceeded my expectations - I personally didn’t care but I think you would need to request for a cleaning of the rooms. I expected this in a homestay though and I’m certain they would tidy up if you asked for it!

- Amazingly beautiful property. Looks exactly like the pictures - You can do laundry yourself FOR FREE - Breakfast is excellent! 4 very different choices for a perfect variety! Omelette, fried eggs/toast/fried mushrooms, banana or plain pancakes that are SO fluffy and fresh, nasi goreng, or yogurt/muesli. I was got almost each one and was really impressed. We ate the pancakes for lunch too haha. Comes with coffee and juice everyday. - You can use the kitchen at your will. Was amazing to buy ingredients and cook yourself! And the staff is so kind and offers to clean the dishes which I tried hard to say no to but they insisted - Spacious rooms - Great air conditioning - Mini fridge in room - Super clean everywhere! - Great bathrooms - SUPER COMFY BEDS!!! Would have loved a big comforter but they do have extra blankets - Free unlimited water in the kitchen area - Pool is clean and refreshing! - Great lounge areas around the pool - The boys running the breakfast and laundry and cleaning were wonderful! It was my birthday the day after checkout and they bought me a cake!!!! So so sweet - Can rent scooters for 75k/day in low season and 85k/day in high season. It is only 55k/day if you go into town but it would be a very long walk to get there so it might be worth being delivered to the property for about 20-30k but something to think about - The closest actual nice beach is Sengiggi Beach. Wouldn’t recommend the beach closest to this property unless you don’t care about esthetics

The shower was dirty. I would recommend hiring a bike as there isn’t much to do in the area.

John and the staff are very friendly and are happy to help! The room is quite spacious with a sitting area outside the room. The breakfast was amazing! The guys made really good pancakes and they gave me an extra plate of fruit to snack on!

Really nice staff they are all like a family at Rumah Putih Abu Abu. Very clean and super breakfast, we loved the muesli. Scooters were easily organized by John, the host. We would always come back again.

I have no complaint except for the water from the washtuffle which was quite small but it's still manageable.

The house is like a second home. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable. A perfect solitaire for those who want to escape from the hustle bustle of routine activities in big cities. The location is not only strategic but also quiet. Very recommended for families and friends.
