Great location - just a short walk to the beach. It also had beautiful grounds so you could sit on your verandah and enjoy the tranquility.

The bathroom was a bit tired. Our sink was cracked and the surfaces didn't feel really clean. Also the hotel was not on the beach, although it was around the corner and down the street.

The pool was nice and the garden like, quiet setting.

As I explained my only issue was the bathroom as it pertained to the toilet, drain and the counter sink area.

I thought the breakfast was good but there could have been better selections and more options. The staff were amazing! Friendly, cordial, accommodating, typical of the culture, very impressive to say the least! The grounds were immaculate and well taken care of. The pool was perfect, the room was great except I thought the bathroom was a little dated and could have used some upgrades. I noticed that the drain in the shower was really slow to drain. The toilet was in need of some repairs. In general I was pleased with my first time stay and I would come back. A little effort on upgrades would go a long way in the bathroom for me.

The squeaking bed, doors and cupboards definitely need attention. The cleaning could be hugely upped. Wiping down surfaces in the room, cupboards etc as well as cleaning the floor in the room properly. The benches on the balcony could use a back cushion to make them more comfortable.

The room which I stayed in needs some upgrading...paint and also the bathroom needs to be given more attention. It didn't give me much the idea of cleanliness. Also at breakfast there should be a choice between white or brown bread... they only offer brown bread but not everyone likes it!!

The position very central. Nice pool and breakfast had a good choice.

Children in the pool at 6.30am and the bathroom needs upgrading

Locations was great, staff very nice and the pool, very warm but nice. The room was adequate, definitely needs the bathroom updated as this lets the property down. It would be good if they put a timeframe on the pool usage as children where swimming at 6.30am in the morning, yelling and giggling.

We moved rooms as ours had very noisy aircon and some damp mould on walls. However this sounds worse than it was and staff were very helpful.

Could be a little more choice for breakfast, a lot of egg dishes....for anyone who does not like eggs it would be disappointing.

The close proximity to everything, friendly staff,nice quiet location, excellent room and wonderful pool area.would definitely recommend this place to anyone,we will be going back...thanks segara agung for a great vacation.

This is a great hotel in a really good location. It’s very quiet at night but close to Sanur beach. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Very helpful staff. The pool and the setting was lovely. Very relaxing.

Rooms were not properly cleaned before we arrived, even though we had a reservation booked long in advance (eg. bathroom was wiped, but all the filth was swiped behind the door). After requesting an additional cleaning, the bathroom was cleaned again - so it is not about them not knowing how to do it, rather then not caring so much, unless the customer brings that up. As the bathrooms are closed (unlike most of the places in Bali), they are full of black mold. I know it will not kill me, but it is not the most pleasant thing to look at. Pool is not clean enough to swim

Rooms were spacious and beds are amazing. Beautiful exterior of the hotel Close to the beach and city center in Sanur. Breakfast is good, even though a bit confused service during breakfast, but I think it may be the communication issue. Main receptionist is REALLY nice and helpful. Hotel is really responsive to requests and inquiries.

Breakfast is ok not super excellent it could be improve or better options and cleanliness of the bathroom and Bathroom needs renovating and its not super clean.

I love the how friendly the staff was and very considerate upon my arrival since I came in at 2:00 AM. They would like me to rest first before settling any bills or charges for the room.

The outdoor facilities are really great it is so cozy and relaxing to stay there. The staff are very kind and helpful
