The hotel is run down.cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Shower recess was filthy. Blood splatter on the entry door.the balcony railing had slats missing deadly if a small child were to play on the balcony and fall 3 floors.breakfast was laughable just small plastic container had to be picked up from reception no tea or coffee just a small bottle of water. no kitchen in operation.its a shame as this was once a good hotel.

Location was where I wanted to be.

A fridge would be nice. Cleanliness is better then last time but not wonderful. Sheet was stained. Towels thin and fraying.

Good location, near restaurants, not far from the beach. , Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff are nice.

Room didn’t get cleaned once in 6 days. We asked a few times, but still nothing. We didn’t get fresh towels or even a refill of toilet paper because of it and had to go get it ourselves. We wasn’t even shown where our room was when we arrived we was given a card with the number on and had to go find it with all our stuff

location we opted for pay at hotel but when we arrived they told us its pay thru card even though we insisted we pay cash they did not allow. We funded our card but up to the last day before check out the system is not deducting the card so we paid in cash (they now allow it) it was a complete hassle.

Shower/bathroom very small and musty,the air con was not effective, no mini fridge to keep a drink cool & 1 small bottle of shampoo/body wash (no soap).Buffet breakfast doesn't exist. You get 2 options. But given covid, i feel for these places, their income was on par to $0 for at least 1.5 years. They have taken a severe decline in income & you can't improve things with no money, so give them a chance. .

Great location, comfortable bed, nice pool, good customer service, the engineering was out within 30 mins to check air con, even though it couldn't be improved.

Room wasn't very clean and never got serviced. I asked on the second day. Finally got done on the 4th day, 3 hours before my late check out.

The hotel is in a very central location 5min walk from the beach. Shops and money exchange very easy to reach (NB: when you change currency be careful as cheating is a widespread practice so count and recount your bills).The hotel doesn't make the room up unless you tell them (exactly the opposite of what happens in Europe) so if you want your room cleaned you need to let them know

No atmosphere at Pool. A group of approximately 50 guests from Java arrived. Took over the place and left it like a pigsty. Leaving the staff to apologise for the behaviour of those guests. Hotel management need to support the current staff.

Location and the room was ok. The staff are the hotels best asset The young lady was fantastic.

This hotel has really gone downhill in the past few years. Basic maintenance has not been done, housekeeping is basic at best. Bedsheets are grey from too much washing, towels are grey, stained and fraying. I had to request housekeeping to clean my room daily more than once. Was told to 'put the sign out' if I wanted my room cleaned - problem was there is no sign! Furniture is getting very shabby and bathroom needs a deep-clean, towel rack on balcony is rusty, air conditioning drips on the floor. The restaurant and bar are closed. Staff were very slow to respond to requests for pool towels etc. Rubbish and dirty towels remained in pool area/restaurant space for more than a day. This used to be a great little hotel, I have stayed several times over the years but this is the last time I will stay there. I was supposed to return next week, but I have cancelled and booked elsewhere instead. Very disappointed that the quality has dropped so much.

The location is good. Price paid was ok, considering quality and location.

the bed is getting worn out and not as comfortable as they used to be. The room and bedding I had smelt strongly of mould and should have been aired out first but the smell dissipated once everyone this opened up.

Great location and staff are awesome. Arik is very helpful for any requests and goes above and beyond.
