Modern, very spacious and all the facilities were complete for a family, including kitchen. Apartment was baby friendly, staff would come every day at the time we requested to make hot breakfast for us.

Shower heads and toilet fans needed fixing, aircon in the lounge rooms need a regas, would have been nice if in-house laundry was done by weight because as a big family, I did not want to list the washing per item on the form.

The staff were amazing, accomodating, and great. Loved that the lounge and kitchen area was indoors, loved the inclusion of breakfast being made every morning, daily housekeeping and night turn down service.

The air conditioning is not strong enough, only 1 split system unit for the whole bottom level (plenty of fans downstairs, though). Needs a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Would have liked bath robes and nicer/more shower products to be provided considering the luxury style of the place. Only plain soap bars provided, no shower gels, hair products, hair dryer, or hand sanitiser. Have to bring your own DVDs for the TVs in the bedroom. I would have liked at least 1 DVD on offer.

Incredibly peaceful from the moment you walk through the door and see your private pool. Huge bedrooms located upstairs. Full kitchen facilities, including full-size fridge and stove. Amazing breakfast service where the chefs come to your villa and prepare everything fresh right there, plus option to have them prepare a banquet dinner in your villa too for $40pp or $50pp. Option to have massages directly in your villa too for very reasonable prices (eg. 60 min back massage for ~$15). Biggest bath I've ever seen in the main bedroom. Comfortable beds on the firmer side. Smart TV in the lounge. Located right on a main shopping strip with major supermarket 2min walk away so you can prepare your own food & drinks.

We stayed for 13 nights, and therefore, a few more breakfast choices (other than eggs😉) would have made our stay even more pleasant.

Although the entire complex has come a little of age and a few renovations here and there would make the complex even more appealing, we greatly enjoyed our time, and the super-friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.
