- The pool access needs to be better as the hotel pool Not enough to accommodate the guests. - Need to make sure the towels are WHITE and FLUFFY as per the hotel standard. - The bed sheets need to be WHITE and cleaned. Change everyday. - The curtain is due to wash as its grey not white. - Dusty but then they cleaned it.

The property is just across the road from my mom’s apartment in Kalibata. Two shopping centres across the road have Farmer Markets, some chemists and restaurants. Don't expect it's a luxurious shopping centre, but it's ok and not crowded. The price is ok. The Indonesian Breakfast menu was authentic. The front office responded quickly when I asked in person to ensure the room condition and housekeeping standards were up to Swiss Bell hotel standards as I found and documented some of them were lacking “ Swissbell Hotel standard quality. “ The pool is small, but it's doable. It would be great if hotel guests could swim in the apartment pool, as they are bigger and better. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the Indonesian dishes, which were authentic and delicious! There are lots of options, too. I will go back again in the future to stay as it's very convenient. Thank you, Swissbell, for having me and my daughter for six days and five nights.

The pool and the gym are too small. Hardly no place for people to sit near by the pool. The size of the pool is also too "minimalist" as if they did not really have enough space to build the pool.

The size of the room is nice. It seems bigger comparing to swissbell in Pondok Indah. The variety of food during breakfast also good.

The pool is small for the hotel and there is only 3 chairs and 2 tables,so you can find them free only if you go early. I had a small issue with the cleaning stuff. 2 times they didn't came to clean my room even if I had the card outside my room for cleaning. I had to go to the reception to ask someone to clean my room. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay if you are in Jakarta.

That was my fourth time staying there,I always stay in this hotel when I am in Jakarta. The hotel is in a strategic place,near the train station and in walking distance from 2 malls where you can find many restaurants and stores. The garden at the back is nice to sit and enjoy your coffee. The rooms are nice but they need renovation,it's a bit old

Both hotel itself and our room are really old but it is still a 4 stars level of comfort. First time in my life I was asked for 200 000IRU returnable deposit on check in. Room cleaning has to be done better: I asked to change sheet but it was not done during the room cleaning. Laundry service takes to much time sometimes. Personnel speaks english only on reception.

Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We liked the vast hotel territory and a grocery store there - this made comfortable our stay with a 2 y.o. child. Room is big enough and quite. There is also a small shopping mall neraby though without a supermarket. Despite of details to be corrected or improved, the personnel hospitality is outstanding, and amazing. Smile and willing to help made our stay here comfortable and pleasant.

despite requesting for a pair of connected rooms at the time of booking, my friends only found out when they went upstairs that it was not connecting. the single room card made moving around the hotel difficult as there was no access to room floors w'o card

Rooms I spend not much spaciuos but ok for a week stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bluebird Taxi station within the premises so return journey to airport was more convinient.

- booked a non-smoke room, we get a smoke room, bad ventilation. Whole floor smells like ashtray. - crew is friendly but very passive, example: There was a package delivered for us during our stay, but we left the hotel and they never notified us they had a package for us.

Taxi's were stationed on the hotel parking lot. Supermarket downstairs.

The pool is very small and the water is very cold as it is completely sheltered from the sun. The pool in the residences section is open to the sun and much bigger, but I was told that hotel guests could not use it.

Very comfortable bed and helpful staff in reception and housekeeping. The location was strategic for my purposes.

The faucet in the bathroom is very hard to turn when your hands are wet and slippery because of the soap or shampoo.
