It was an absolutely fabulous experience for us. Decent clean room, luxury size bedrooms with privacy, onsite homecare, and the most professional and friendly staff. Special thanks to great Kadek and Ketut who took care of us every day, the wonderful chef Made Yuli provided the best dishes, and the amazing driver Wayan who always tried his best to help us. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and home-like experience.

Everything. Treated like royalty by the staff. The accomodation was the best I have stayed in Bali. The bedrooms were huge, as was living area and kitchen. The pool was massive and surrounded by beautiful gardens. THE DRIVER IS INCLUDED. Wayan you’re a funny man. The delicious breakfast was also included.

WOW!!! We have been to Bali numerous times but this property was next level. Seriously, we felt like royalty. Everything was exceptional from the living area, bedrooms, pool and yes, even a massage room. The staff were absolutely incredible, wishing to make your stay very comfortable. All we can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. Absolutely NO faults!! AMAZING.

Probably the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed in; the villa is so beautiful and clean (and is also brand new!), and felt very safe with security at both the front door and street entrance. The staff were so sweet and attentive, and were very accommodating with our group’s weird departure schedule, letting us store our luggage after we checked out and even arranging a private shuttle drop off for us at the airport later that day. Made-to-order breakfast was yummy and always ready by our requested breakfast times, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the pool was amazing! The villa looked so nice online, but in person, everything somehow managed to exceed all expectations!! I didn’t want to leave :’)

Three things discounted our overall good experience staying at the Villa. First, the rooms at the Villa are spacious but not quite practical or functional design. For example, for some unknown reasons, the bed box frame is bigger than the mattress. You have to step up to bed. and all of us had bumped the box frame a few times in the first couple of days when we climbed up to beds. The closet and bathroom are outside of the air-conditioned bedroom. The ladies complained about this design since it was not easy to do their make-up and changing clothes in a hot and humid day. Second, during our stay, there was construction work of a new villa belonged to the Amarta next door. The work started early in the morning and continued to the early evening. We wrote to the manager and requested the work to stop specifically on the New Year Eve day since we planned to stay at the Villa the whole day. The construction noise did improve somewhat, but we could still hear the noise from time to time. Third, we had massage services called the Villa several times. We could not pay the masseurs the fee and tips directly but had to go through the house staff Handwritten bills. There are also many additional items that are not shown on the menu.We were uncomfortable with this kind of billing practice. We expected to have more accounting transparency.

We spent 10 days and stayed in 2 villas in Bali for our Lunar New Year vacation. The Amarta Villa was our 2nd villa stayed and had our new year eve dinner. Overall, our experience at the Amarta was good but not excellent (compared to our experience at the first villa). The three house staff members at the Amata and the driver were nice and helpful. Every morning, we had a nice breakfast prepared by the staff. For the New Year Eve dinner, the Villa chef helped us buy fresh seafood at the fish market, and later, she and another staff member helped us to prepare our big dinner feast. We accomplished our goal of having a great New Year Eve dinner without spending too much time preparing for the feast and cleaning up the dishes.

It would have been nice to know that there was construction happening next door before we booked, but we did appreciate the owners attempts to keep the noise to a minimum. If it wasn't for that it would have been perfect

Fantastic large and clean villa with plenty of space for two families with children. The staff are amazing and friendly and will bend over backwards to help with anything. Free airport transfers and having use of a vehicle and driver each day was brilliant and made for a stress free visit. The spa facility is great with a lovely spa room and brilliant staff who provide a great massage and pedicures. Breakfasts were delicious with a great choice of dishes both Indonesian and western. We organised for the cook to prepare an Indonesian dinner on our first night and the meal was superlative. Finally, the pool was great and such a nice way to relax at the end of a long day of exploring Bali.

Everything is great. Just one suggestion is if they can provide a baby sitter for the guest with the kids which can make this Villa a perfect combo. Also Aircon in downstairs living area as it gets really hot all day around

Everything …. The Villa on its on is spacious & beautiful…they even have a massage room and ate able to arrange massages on an hour’s notice … There are 2 amazing staff, a chef and a driver for every villa. They gave us so much attention! We are really thankful for having them .. Chef : Ms Made Driver : Wayan Housekeeper : Arta and Ketut They did such an amazing job.. looking after us … we felt so pampered and rested .. We are really glad Ms Made took all allergies into consideration when she prepared the food. We felt safe in her hands ..depending on the amount of cooking required. She’ll adjust the rate. Per cooking us approx US$25 - $45.., the ingredients are charged according to what was needed… we had lobster all 2 days while we were there.. and we told her how many pax we intended to serve to.. she’ll ask if if 750gm or 1kg… and will show the receipt to claim … Wayan, who was our designated driver .. was really patient and knowledgeable.. as it’s not the 1st time we have been to Bali… we were trying to find experiences which are off the beaten path… and he was able to provide a few locations which sparks some interest… There was a specific snack we were looking to get .. and he bought it during his free time so we could do carry on with our activities… this saves us time to concentrate on what we wanted to do.. it’s really great!! Even though he knew our flight was delayed.. he took the effort to arrive early.. which we really appreciate.. There were some construction going in the next door villa, which also belongs them.. And Ms Made, kept checking with us if we need to tell them to stop in case we needed to nap of relax … it did not really bother us.. so we let them carry on with their work. During our 2 days stay, we saw maybe like 5 mosquitoes .. which is totally unheard of in other villas … we were able to stay in the 1st floor living room without aircon .. we think they did a great job with pest control ..

The Villa is not super close to popular restaurants and shopping areas. This isn’t much of a problem though as you have you’re own driver. The staff will also call you a taxi if the driver has finished for the day.

We stayed in the Amarta Grand Suite. All the facilities are beautiful the rooms are amazing and it’s a huge villa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they looked after us so well. Having a driver was great, our driver Ari helped us book tours and made recommendations when asked, he was fantastic. Having a massage room in the villa was perfect we got regular massages and just needed to give the staff 1hrs notice and no need to leave our Villa. The chef cooked us two dinners during our stay the meals were beautiful and perfect for nights when we preferred to stay in the villa. On my partners birthday the staff organised decorations and a cake for him making the day feel extra special.

Had the best time at Amarta Villa, the host were amazing! Breakfast included a large variety including Indonesia, English and American breakfast. The chef's cooking was brilliant, cooked us very local delicious Indonesian food. The bedding was great, very soft. The villa looked even better in person than the photos. Every staff carried a beautiful smile every time when we see them, they are very nice, friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to "Made, Ketut, Wayan and Arta". Their service were absolutely amazing! Would definitely visit again and highly recommend this property.

We stayed there for 6 nights as a family of four with two young kids and we loved everything about the Amarta Pool Suite! The staff were exceptional and the property was not only huge but in immaculate condition. We were pampered from the minute we walked through the door and nothing was too much for them. Made cooked delicious meals in the comfort of the villa catering to the needs of the kids as well as to more spicy meals for the adults and generally organised things such as the laundry we needed doing upon arrival and booking my massage at the Villa. Arta, Cade and Dego (sorry for spelling mistakes!) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - they were amazing with the kids and thank you to Arta for spending soo long blowing up floaties for the pool and to Cade for doing a pharmacy run as soon as they knew our son was a little unwell. As per the description we had the benefit of a driver for the day for our whole stay and Wayan is an excellent driver with lots of tips and suggestions for getting the most out of the places we wanted to visit. He chose perfect beaches for the kids, suggested great itineraries and never stopped smiling and being an all round superstar. Lastly special thanks to Mr Nugrata the owner for greeting us and generally checking in on us during our stay to ensure everything was ok. 6 nights was not enough and hopefully we can return soon!

The Amarta Villa is a beautifully designed, spacious and very comfortable accommodation located in an authentic neighborhood with a nearby market, traditional Warungs and restaurants. Coming into contact with the friendly Balinese people there was very special for us. When we booked this place we didn't know what to expect since we have never had staff included. It turned out to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. On the one hand, we enjoyed the professional service of the very attentive staff that allowed us to relax the whole time, also the massages in the villa's own spa room and the shuttle service which enabled us to explore all the places we wanted to see. The included breakfast was delicious and the dinners that were made especially for us were excellent. On the other hand, we had the chance to meet the most wonderful, hard-working and warm-hearted people at Amarta who taught us a lot about Balinese life and culture. Suksma Made, Wayan, Ketut and Arta for making our stay unforgettable. We all really miss you. Also thanks to the owner and his family - we felt very welcome. Amarta was our favorite stay on our vacation to Bali - our "happy place". We hope to come back soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organised and they also respected our privacy moments. Not to mention that there was as a car provided to ferry us around town except in the day of arrival and departure. Security wise is good.

We loved it ALL! From the moment we arrived our hosts were amazing. They were so attentive and accomodating, friendly and kind. The food was stunning, cooked fresh each meal. We spent our time lazing by the pool and relaxing, the rooms were beautifully air conditioned for excellent sleep on big comfortable beds. It was truly the perfect holiday! The only negative was leaving to come back home to France!

We have spent an excellent week at the grand Amarta Villa with Ketut Pande, Putu Widi, Erna and Pasek!! The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and is so tastefully designed. The pool, Spa room, bedrooms with their en-suites and huge living and dining area are beautiful. The staff made us feel so welcome and were discret yet very attentive. They honestly made us feel so special. The Amarta villa chef is excellent too. She made us the most delicious meals. The in-house laundry service is brilliant and the Spa ladies who performed massages, pedicures and manicures were brilliant. We asked the Villa staff and chef to mark our twins 21st birthdays and they went above and beyond in decorating the villa and presenting a birthday cake, all singing Happy birthday, this was such a kind gesture. Our driver Ketut was exceptionally nice and very dedicated in making sure that he was available at any moment for us. There is a great supermarket within walking distance, and the villa is so central that visiting gorgeous Ubud, Sundays Beach Club as well as other popular tourists spots is easy. Food delivery to the villa is so convenient too. You can ask the Villa staff to order you anything and it arrives almost immediately!! We would like to thank the owner Nugrata for ensuring we all had a wonderful stay at his beautiful villa.
