We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

India1. Sea facing bungalow is misleading 2. Need better amenities for the amount being charged, esp. an AC with sufficient power for some air circulation in the room, clean vessels, toiletries etc.
People were accommodating and helped us with boat transfers, day trips etc.

NetherlandsMaybe we were there not at the good moment. The staff looked not very enthusiastic and some property needed maintenance. When we mentioned something about the pool, they picked it up immediately. That was good!
Dane is a very nice host. He helped us with booking tours and making our stay pleasant. The rooms, with the bathroom outsite are nice and comfortable.

GermanyThe huts are nice, but the whole place needs renovation. One of our huts had a super bad smell of sewers. We complained, but rather than fixing the problem, toilet stones were put on the drains. This caused our bedroom to smell of a mix of disgusting sewers and aggressive toilet stone. I trust they will fix this problem. When fixed, this place would be amazing!
Amazing staff, really helpful and friendly. The nature around it is breathtaking, Dream Beach, Blue Lagoon and the close Suku Beach Club are incredible.

AustraliaThe rooms could use a revamp. The garden areas need to be maintained to a higher standard. The swimming pool looked like it had a lot of grime on the internal tiles although I did see staff cleaning the pool. It didn't look inviting so I didn't use it.
The rooms are large. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A very large comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

AustraliaFacilities not very clean. Not enough staff to maintain gardens. Tree restaurant looks like it is falling apart. Stayed one week but nobody ever came to clean the room. Also had to ask for new towels and more toilet paper. Feels like it used to be a fantastic hotel but after covid reopening it’s definitely not the same anymore
