We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was awesome for the room price... we loved it complete and tasty for breakfast. We just stay for a night to catch boat to Karimunjawa, we arrived in hotel at 2.am in the morning... the staff still waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean... Perfect, we will stay here again while in Jepara.

Everything was arranged well and we could check in quickly. Room was pre cooled, clean and the high ceilings made it look spacious. You can choose one of 7 breakfast options to consumer at your rooms patio or the restaurant. We only been here for 8 hours but is was good.

Indonesia1. The property signage did not clearly said “Gecho Inn,” it said “Gecho Restaurant.” This was confusing especially when we arrived quite late at night and were unfamiliar with Jepara. 2. There were no designated parking so we must park our car on street. Fornunately all went well. 3. There was no in-house phone to call room-to-room.
1. The location was very close to Jepara Harbor (5 minute drive). We stayed in Jepara as transit point before going to Karimunjawa, so being close to harbor was very convenient. 2. Service was excellent and the food was descent. We had dinner and breakfast at the property and were quite pleased. 3. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, toilet was clean and run well, hot water also run well. 4. Ambiance was reminiscent of days gone by but updated with modern amenities. Some might recommend uodating the furnishings but we did not mind the older style of things.
