Cleaning of furniture, aircon, refriguration unit. Needs better light options and more electrical options. Pool needs to be fixed for sharp edges.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well which made the room a little stuffy at first. Kids couldn’t sleep on the top floor as it was too hot. Snorkel gear wasn’t included and we weren’t told we had to pay for our hire until checkout.

Great location. Kids loved being able to snorkel straight across from our rooms. We were lucky enough to see some turtles and had a great time exploring the coral. The food was great and very reasonably priced.

The towels are old and we stayed 3 nights without them being replaced. No free drinkable water for teeth washing.

We stayed in the beachfront bungalow which was in front of the pool and beach. It’s a small hotel with a brilliant view. It’s one of the best locations in Amed.

Maybe a little far out of town, but really not too bad.

The staff was great. When changed check out dates twice and they accommodated no issues. The beach front restaurant and pool is very nice. Easy walking to great snorkeling/diving down the beach.

Air Conditioning in room was weak. Also could have used better mosquito netting.

I came to dive. My dive shop picked me up daily. So no complaints. Location isn't quite as otherwise "close to" things as I'd thought, but it was peaceful and I enjoyed my stay!

We were in the front villas. There are beds for 4 people, but two are up on a mezzanine and are really warm, as the one AC can’t cool it down. It was almost impossible to sleep up there.

Great beach location on a private stretch, so no boats on the beach blocking the view or the acces to the water. Easy walking distance to both Jemeluk Bay and Amed with loads of good snorkelling and nice cafes.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and had a weird smell.

Loved the location, right on the beach and snorkelling right out the front. Easy walk to view Agung or snorkel Jemeluk Bay. Meals where good and cooked up the fish we caught on the fishing charter for lunch and dinner.

This was the perfect location. Right on the beach. The room while a little older , was comfortable, clean and cool. Great pool and food. Definitely worth a visit. The lovely lady that was on reception for our stay was amazing. She was so helpful and caring. Please give her our thanks for everything she did for us. Amazing. Xx Thank you.

It is not possible to close the bathroomdoor and the Moskitonet for the two beds upstairs is too small. So its a moskitocave. The never heard about warmwhite LEDs so its like in a operation room.

Restaurant/breakfast service was a little slow. But we just swam while we waiting so no real biggie.

Absolutely gorgeous. It’s not 5 star, it’s rustic but for the price you can’t go wrong. Bed was HUGE. Pool is warm. Few steps and you’re on the beach and snorkelling. Staff were lovely.

Had the room above the restaurant the first night. Toilet did not flush. Changed rooms from the second night onwards. Restaurant and breakfast can be improved upon.

We had a great time as a family of four in Amed. Beautiful location directly on the beach. Great snorkeling on walking distance. Location is very central. We rented motorbikes to get around. Would come again.

The location was great, good snorkeling out front ( head out to the diving bouy), saw a turtle, good fortune of seeing a small reef shark- harmless and beautiful. Great pool, excellent outlook from deck for sunrise and sunset. Good restaurant on site, plenty of choices near by. Friendly helpful staff.

cold water shower but it wasn’t too much of a problem as the weather is hot. linen had some stains as did the netting over the bed

Bed is a little hard for those particularly sensitive (not as hard as some though!). Aircon a little small for the size of the room. Shower could be stronger. But really, the location and price wins over any of these minor concerns. We loved our stay (2nd time) and will be back again.

The shower water pressure was very weak and no hot water but this seems to be the case in all hotels in the area.

The villas location was great ! The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. The restaurant had great food. Delicious and great price. The pool/Oceanview was excellent.

The food there is amazing, the chef did an excellent job. We had the fisherman basket, grilled fish with Balinese sauce, spaghetti Bolognese for the kids. The villas are very traditional with outdoor shower and toilet. Location in front of beach. Close to port.

Things are getting tired. Sharp tiles on pool, doors not doing the best. Linen has stains. Still wish we’d had another day there. People in Amed are honest good people.

The pool has many broken tiles with sharp edges. One of our sons hurt himself there and my husband cut three toes so bad that it bleeded a while. We used swimshoes in the pool afterwards.

Wonderful villa with ocean view, beach directly in front of the hotel, thus you look at the ocean while having breakfast. Very friendly staff, room was cleaned well every day, breakfast was good. Renting scooters and borrowing snorkeling equipment was easy.
