GermanyOn Booking, it was indicated that a gym was available. However, the designated room was an unairconditioned, empty space with a few dumbbells. However, I had plenty of room in the villa to do my workout on my travel yoga mat or in the spacious pools ;-)
The Togu Hotel is a special place. The restaurant area with its huge and temple like architecture is phenomenal and also the two pools are fantastic. From almost everywhere, you can see the sea. The hotel offers very beautiful experiences, such as a romantic breakfast on a boat, wonderful spa treatments in an amazing building, and the staff is very kind and accommodating.

United KingdomThe outside bathroom meant that it had no aircon. The hotel is very isolated with nowhere to walk in the evening.
The food is exceptional. Extensive menu with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Probably the best food we had whilst in Malaysia and Indonesia. There were facilities for snorkelling and kayaking (free) and afternoon tea each day.

Everything was fantastic! The place, the beach, the swimming pool, the staff! The breakfast is delicious, the chef is so kind and care with each detail. The beach in front is peaceful and super clean, ideal for refreshing and swimming! The view is breathtaking! The staff is the most kind and caring I’ve ever see. I was a solo travelling girl, and sometimes they gift me with buquê flower made from coconut tree. I felt so loved and welcome, as part of a family. I highly recommend this hotel and Lombok, it’s a peace of paradise! Don’t hesitate to go if you are solo! It’s an amazing and healing place!

SingaporeNot depending on the hotel, just an information: during the afternoon the sea is completely dry, but there are 2 beautiful pools, so, no problem at all!
The best experience ever. The hotel is amazing, beautiful architecture, beautiful landscape, clean and quiet. The food is really good, with a menu so various that is impossible to try everything. Staff was incredible, everyone did the best for our wellbeing. Sunset there is unbelievable.

SwedenEverything! Absolutely beautiful hotel. The buildings, the staff, the beach, the food! Everything! The breakfast with the breakfast bowls were amazing (just like everything else)! We spent part of our Honeymoon here and the staff really went that extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. And the afternoon tea by the beach every day. The pool areas! I could just sit and look at how beautiful everything was for hours. Really something special, from the fantastic greeting at arrival to the personal send-off when we left.

SingaporeThe most impressing part of our stay was the exceptional service. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel like such special guests. Budi, our driver, was knowledgeable and entertaining, bringing us around for many hours. He was caring and helpful when we had to go to the hospital because of an allergic reaction at pink beach in the south. He even stopped on the way to purchase peanuts for us to feed to the monkeys on the way to the resort. The food service staff were very professional and friendly, making us feel welcome and always checking if we needed dinner even if we came back late. The bartender and staff were also entertaining and friendly, with our bartender for the night telling us stories about his time in the 3 gili and giving us recommendations for future visits there. As for the drinks, the gin and tea was a unique creation. The staff at the beach handling the snorkels and canoes were also helpful, running to get snorkels for us when we requested them at the last minute before leaving for pink beach. They even helped bring the canoe into the water at 5.30am. The masseurs were very skilful and ensured our bodies recovered after a long day. The food was 5 star quality, with a good mix of international and local dishes. Not a single dish disappointed. Our favourites were the baby chicken with eggplant, rendang, and smoked tuna dish. The service staff also went out of their way to create a candlelight dinner, completed with a bonfire and flowers all around, when we requested to eat at our room. The service staff also provided afternoon tea with handmade biscuits everyday, and even gave us extra drinks and treats after we checked out as a farewell gift. The room was clean and fresh. The staff would put fresh flowers around the room everyday. The towels would also be folded into elephants, swans and monkeys, completed with leaves cut into small circles as the “eyes”.

SingaporeWe have spent a week at Tugu Lombok and we’re totally overwhelmed by the service we have been offered. The beautiful beach, the amazing and very well maintained gardens and the good facilities were topped by an amazing food (try the Rendang and the Fish Curry) and the most friendly and dedicated Staff we’ve ever experienced. You feel as you were in a movie… We’d definitely come back and I’d recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was excellent. The fresh fruit juices were divine. Many options on the menu so we had several different options. The best were the salmon eggs benedict.

The staff is extraordinarily friendly, mindful and unique and is committed to go the extra mile for each guest. From the gardener who will sometimes give you prepared flowers over the cleaning who makes animals out of the towels to the waiters (who are the best) and management make you feel very special. We have never seen anything like this. The place is very well maintained. Breakfast tastes amazing and is decorated beautifully. Food and dinner tastes delicious. 2 very nice pools. Good trips to the Gillis easy possible from here. We have stayed at many very nice hotels so far and this is among the best.
