Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

And I wish it had been quiet during the night, but apparently, there was noise from the music lounge across the street, and I could hear the thumps from the room. The parking space was too small, although the parking service was on stand-by mode, it wasn't so practical. And I wish there was vitrage on the window

IndonesiaThe staff needs to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, as there are multiple mold points and unpleasant odor. If you drive a sedan or low ground clearance car, ask the security to arrange on street parking as if you're going to the basement your car is guaranteed to stuck
It's a great value for money stay. The room was nicely sized, and the bedding was comfortable as well with King Koil bed. The breakfast was adequate for the price point, and the location is great if you'll want to explore northern bandung area

the location is perfect, it is on the heart of the city. tje food was okay. the staffs are nice as a common nature of people in this city. But there was an event in a night club across the property, was a bit loud in sleep hours.

IndonesiaRoom cleanliness can be improved. There is a club across the hotel, so there is a crowd (and a bit noisy) around 2-3 am as they start to leave the club.
Breakfast is good. Limited options, but it's fine compared to the room rate (including breakfast). The parking lot is very limited. Appreciated the staff, they have other space available for our vehicle (near the hotel).
