There was no restaurant facility due to renovanntions, so we had to have breakfast in our room most days which wasn’t ideal with children but was lovely. Also a little further from centre than we originally thought.

I didn't like that our rooms have some Stanger smell as wet.

Wished we had a microwave in our room. Our little mini fridge smelt a bit too.

We absolutely loved the size of the room and comfort. The staff there were amazing and helped so much. They were super helpful too when it came to organising a scooter as well. The location itself is quiet and you can relax easily there. You also get free breakfast too!

Location was was out of the town.

The staff members and the rooms were excellent. A little out of the way so had to use transport for everything, but very abliging. Will be better when new restaurant opens in July.

The whole light went out when we plugged in our hair strengthener, but the staff were quick to fix it. Shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the bathroom.

The room was very spacious. Cleaning service was done while we were out. Staffing always responded quickly to our needs.

Rooms are very awkward: they are super big, empty, you almost can hear echo there, a lot of space in the room is not used. the room is just big for nothing. the room has bad smell of mold and toilet, but if you use the conditioner you almost can’t smell it. we had breakfast according to the booking, but at the hotel they said that for that price they don’t serve breakfast, but they still agreed to make a breakfast. we asked for breakfast at 7am, I asked 3 times if it was ok to bring breakfast that early. they confirmed that it was fine. in the mornining there was no staff, the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. and no breakfast at 7am :) the price is way to high for this kind of service. it badly needs renovation and improvement.

Internet connectivity was a little slow at times.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Arik drove us to many places and helped us understand the culture of Bali. We had a great time because of him.

It was next to a temple, the night we were there, they had a ceremony for the entire night which made it hard to sleep.

Giant room and nice bathroom. The pool was nice to chill in however it could benefit from more shade.

Breakfast Facilities Room service Location

The location is quite far from the main tourist or market area of Ubud. Evening time it is not convenient to come to this location after your tour. They do not have their own restaurant. They bring everything from their another resort. They gave us standard menu breakfasr on first day and next day take us by car to their another resort which had buffet breakfast. But booking.com charge us for buffet breakfast for 2 nights. ...scam. Booking.com seems to misguide people by getting reviews of another resort which is far better but with the same name. Beware of this scam. This resort has no staff except front desk. They manage 2 resorts together more focus on second one. For 2 days we take bath in cold water. The room geyser was not working. They told us we have to wait for 30min each to take bath. Which means if 4 people you have to wait 2 hrs:( Even after pleading for separate tub of hot water,they bought after an hour. So be prepared to bath with cold water. All in one works experience ever.

The restaurant is not pleasant at all. No service, the plates arrive after 1h30 under plastic film. Same for breakfast you have to order it the day before to set up the timing. Not flexible at all. The food is more or less ok. The bed sheet where humid not pleasant at all The hotel is far from restaurant

The bed was poor, the plug sockets were not fitted to the wall correctly and were unsafe, the shower was poor and leaking, the toilet stank and was leaking, the shower curtain fell down all the time and the lighting in the room was poor.

Pool was ok but the edgings around the pool were dangerous and loose.
