Honestly, nothing much. Because I booked with Bookings.com, I could not add points to Bonvoy program. but that is it. (it was thew same price had I make a direct booking with the hotel.

The overall facility remains top, the food, the room size, the view and the location are excellent. The concierge service was nothing less than outstanding (and we had many various requests).

gift shops boring. the lobby could have been more lively since there is a dj. i booked W because friends told me what a lively hotel it is. i did not get that vibe. could be the wrong season.

on the beach which was good however the currents r to strong to actually swim in the beach. room was comfortable. staff friendly. pool was nice.
