If you can cope with the VERY relaxed island vibe this is a perfect stay. However, trash cans we had to actively empty ourselves. The room is not in perfect shape and you will see cockroaches. There’s a lot of mosquitoes if there’s no wind. AC would need an update as well. We had it set at 18 degrees Celsius and never had less than 22-24 when we were really careful to close doors and curtains.

Super cheap, location RIGHT on the beach and a very helpful staff. We saw a turtle 10 meters out in the water straight from our porch. One of the greatest spots in Gili Meno where you can see the Sun raising above the mountains of Lombok in the morning and 100 meters down the beach to the left you get the sun set in the evening.

It needs a bit of work around, maybe the owner need to put some money to make a little more cosy, little things like a comfortable chair outside, new net around the bed, new mats, better tap on the toilet sink would already make it a five stars place. We still love the property and the location.

Breakfast is in another restaurant a little inland and is okay-ish (lack of ingredients when we were there). Out of the 3 water inlets in the bathroom of the bungalow, one of them is salt water (the one to clear your feet from sand, not the shower or the sink) so don’t fill up water filter bottle from this tap ;)

The location is perfect, right on the beach with a little delicious warung close by. The staff is very nice and do their best for you to have a good stay.

The beach is nice, a bit rocky seabed but it depends on the time and tide. Just use flipflops or swimming shoes! It's a great swimming beach with nicer seabed nearby, a bit to the east.

Great calm location. Very helpful and friendly staff! Great snorkling in the area. We saw a lot of turtles and colorful fishes. The breakfast is at a nearby restaurant and it was good! Recommend the jaffles and omelettes. We had barbeque at the nearby restaurant at the beach one night. It was cozy!

Some cushions on the chairs outside the room would make them much more comfortable to sit in. It is a bit confusing as the property is called Yaya Blue coral bungalows but Blue coral is next door and is a completely separate business to Yaya. This meant that if you stay at Yaya you have breakfast a short walk inland at another warung which was fine but it would have been nice to have breakfast on the beach. Despite this the property is great value for money and I would recommend.

The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful, quiet beach where we were able to snorkel over a fantastic reef and see lots of big turtles. The staff were helpful and helped us to rent bikes to explore the island and we were even able to book a further night in one of the beach front bungalows that weren’t on booking sites which was lovely. The small warung to the left as you face the sea was great and very reasonable prices. You can walk around to the busier area within 10 mins for sunset and statue snorkelling and more restaurants and bars.

The only small thing I would say is we stayed in bungalow 1 and were woken up early 6.30-7am every morning by the owners/ staff chatting loudly and kids playing ect. We were on honeymoon and wanted abit of a lie in. If it wasn't for this small thing it would definitely be a 10/10

- The wall between my double room and the one next door was very thin and I could hear what my neighbours were saying / doing. The bungalow was beside the kitchen and you could hear noises coming from there all day long. - The toilet in the double room was not flushing properly. - There is only a portable fan and the room felt very hot during the day (at night it was ok). - Due to the rooms not being completely closed (open air bathrooms, space between the walls and the door), insects could enter the rooms, especially cockroaches. But our stay was still ok and we would definitely stay there again.

My father and I stayed at Yaya bungalows blue coral for 3 nights. We rented a standard double room and a bungalow with garden view. The rooms were better than what we expected, but still very basic for such a price (but everything on the island was more expensive than in Bali). The beds were comfy with sheets and a mosquito net provided. There was a large attached bathroom with a sink, shower, soap, towels and flushing western toilets. It was clean. The location was good, in the quiet part of the island but with enough restaurants nearby (if you want big resorts and more fancy restaurants, go to the west part). You could see turtles if you swam away from the beach towards the corals (which were not as good as on the west part of the island).

Family run accommodation with some bungalows facing the beach an some rooms not facing the beach but 5 to 10m away. Rooms are simple but clean. Some with fan wich was very fine for us and some with AC. Breakfast is not in the restaurant at the beach but only 5min away and very tasty. Good restaurant with reasonable prices at the beach. Lovely people helping you in any way. They also organize trips for you if you want to. We did a fishing tour with Opin and enjoyed eating self caught fish in the restaurant as they prepared it for us for dinner. Good snorkeling right from the beach with lots of turtles. We would recommend the place very much! We enjoy so much that we stayed 4 more days. Thank you very much!!!
