Attended a wedding, so stayed the night, lovely hotel.

The only one small, and it's a very small comment only, not a "what didn't you like".... the menu for lunch in timmy mac's didn't include sandwich option (but I do understand on the weekends the tree house is open which probably includes this). Great stay.

Super kids facilities, my daughter loved the walk and fairy garden and pet farm. What was exceptional was just by mentioning on the booking it my mother's birthday, there was a set of balloons and a plate of desserts saying "happy birthday", so nicely done.... we appreciated it hugely...

The duvet on the bed was far too heavy. I eventually found the blanket in the wardrobe which I used instead but was then too cold as it was a very cold night in January. It would be really excellent if you could provide a lighter weight duvet and then the blanket as an additional layer if people were cold. Feather n Down doesn't suit everyone either as some people (like me) suffer from allergies. Also, the plug in the jacuzzi bath in the bathroom was broken so I couldn't avail of that luxury but everything else was wonderful. Thanks

Children and adults running down hall, child screaming g late into night. Difficult sleep that night, especially co spidering how comfortable the place is.

Some tile in shower show dark stains on the grout. Outside the main door was full of cigarette butts from the night before.

Breakfast was excellent.The property was great to walk around. We did not use the spa facilities but it looked amazing. Next time!

Could not fault anything.

The pet farm outside, the orchards, play area with available food for children was fantastic. Pool was perfect for kids. Staff were very accommodating and helpful at breakfast when I stated I was gluten free.

Evening meal was tasty but some food had to be sent back for re-heating. Again staff were struggling to keep up with demand. The room, a 'Deluxe', was not too clean and cleaners had to be called. The window was broken and could not be opened. The phone was disconnected and had to be fixed. The bathroom door was catching and children struggled to open it. The bath jacuzzi failed to function after being filled, leaving no time to have that fixed. Overall the accommodation was very poor.

Staff were efficient, friendly but overworked. Facilities for children were up to expectations. Breakfast was adequate but the area was too busy.

The lack of availability of water was frustrating. Bottles in the vending machine but once they've gone it felt difficult to get water, especially at night

Stayed here as alternative for a wedding at Adare Manor and was very impressed! A lot cheaper, nice, big comfortable rooms with v good breakfast and only a stones throw from Adare. Would highly recommend if staying in the area and don't want to splash out on Adare!

Reception staff friendly and professional. Room very spacious and great beds. Very pretty location. Great breakfast...very nice. Good parking.
