The water was not very hot for a shower. There is no tv but a lot of books (appreciate it).

The room is confortable and clean, the position is perfect, near the centre of this little city. It was so calm and silent. Excellent possibility of parking in the courtyard, every parking around are for a fee.

Quiet location just off the main streets of Kilkenny - within walking distance. Clean and spacious apartment - felt like home. Comfortable bed and great shower!

Kilmore Guesthouse house was the bright spot of our trip. Very nice, especially loved the patio with the wood stove. Very comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Loved it.

There was a nice carafe of water but unfortunately it had mint leaves and lime in it which we did like.

The finish, comfort and styling of room's are excellent. It was also a lovely touch to have fresh milk and a couple of other drinks left in the fridge for us. Some nice biscuits as well to go with our tea/coffee.

The only negative is the shower. It was either really cold or really hot. I couldn't get it to a normal temperature. Everything else was great though

We don't love mattress toppers but the bed was comfortable regardless. But I would still say this is an excellent hotel.

This is an excellent guest house and I would highly recommend. It's self check in but the instructions were clearly communicated. It's very well located and the rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was a small breakfast and fresh milk in the fridge and cookies left in the room. We will stay again.

The bed was quite worn in the middle and should maybe be replaced.

It was right off the main strip of Kilkenny, so was very quiet and peaceful. There was free parking which was great. And the place was very clean.

I wish there would have been a mirror and a shelf in the bed area, since you can not plug anything in in the bathroom, and it was a small, there was no mirror for me to get ready or my husband, while the other was in the bathroom. Maybe taking down one piece of art and put a mirror up. While the book shelves full of books were great, I would have preferred some open shelves to put our items. The bed side tables had coffee items on one side, and water on the other one, there was little room to put our items. A full length mirror on the inside of the Armore door would also be a good place for a mirror. We only had 2 small carry on's and 2 back packs and it was very cramped for space.

Location was good, parking across the street was easy. The windows that open were great to get fresh air.

Wish that booking.com had sent an email to us with the instructions on how to get into the lodging instead of sending a message within the app. Sorted it out by calling the hosts.

Check in was clear and easy. The free parking in the rear of the building was a bonus. It's in a great location within easy walking distance of most everything in Kilkenny. Clean and comfortable.

The shower pressure was quite low and also it failed to warm up for ages at one point. It would have been nice if there was a chair or somewhere to sit on other than the bed, and also check-out at 10am is a bit early for us but manageable. These are all minor points, all-in-all we had a great stay.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated. Location was really good, very close to a lot of pubs and other amenities. The check-in/check-out was very easy and a smooth process.
