We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandThe TV wasn't smart, I'd suggest at least a device like chromecast or anything similar, so hard nowadays without any kind of streaming.
The facilities, breakfast, restaurant and cafe on-site were very good. We used the room service one night and it was very quick, the food was hot and fresh.

IrelandFirst night our room was over a generator never slept a wink asked to be moved they moved us to a tiny room on 4th floor with noise outside like an engine but not as bad as generator. I told receptionist I had been celebrating a big birthday so thought they would at least give us a nicer room😩

IrelandWe paid €197 for the room only & €30 for 2 breakfasts which wasnt great, bit expensive. Hotel needs a revamp, carpets in the hall are multi coloured, bit tough on the eye
Suitably located for our trip. Terrific band in bar Saturday night, really enjoyed them. All staff were very nice.

IrelandThere was no stairs access to my room , the door was locked ?I don’t like lifts at all especially small , small lifts , I prefer to use the stairs at all times . The friendliest staff member was the night porter as he actually engaged and made conversation ,
The location is easy to get too, plenty of parking , nice room, plenty of towels and the maid made up my room in the sec if day a welcome surprise

IrelandThe swimming pool was fine. It was also small and a bit dated but adequate. The only convenient way to get there is via the 1st floor! Also, it is very slippery around and on the steps into the pool.
The room was small but perfectly adequate—there was a nice view from the 3rd floor. The location is excellent. The staff was all lovely, check-in very welcoming, and complimentary parking was directly across the road from the hotel.

The location for town was excellent and free parking. Hotel room was large comfortable and warm. Staff were very friendly from receptionists to waiters and a big well done to the cleaning staff. The place was immaculate and rooms cleaned daily.
