The shelf under the mirror in the room was crooked so did not feel safe using it. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom to spread out toiletries.

Great view of the water, good location within walking distance to Galway coach station, very clean, comfy bed. No hassle check-out.

I have never seen a guesthouse charge guests to park before. I think this is unfair and taking advantage.

Breakfast not served inhouse. Parking very limited perhaps people should be made aware of this prior to booking rather than getting a text after you have booked. No option to cancel. Payment taken before date of attending.

The shower pressure was quite low (unless we just missed something).

The room was lovely. Five of us stayed in the large suite with three beds, and it was great for a night.

Even though we were informed of car park charge prior to arrival by an early email we had forgotten this. Our error I admit but I feel it that is very expensive. 15 euros per night. There is no near parking so a walk from a town carpark with luggage on a very busy road is not ideal. I'm not sure why this is just not included in the room price total when booking with 'parking included' as a premium depending on spaces available

A really lovely welcome with very comfortable rooms and clean. Suitable for a night or two in Galway. Situated on the waterside about 10-15 minute walk to city centre

The shower only had lukewarm water in it which was unpleasant. The steps up to the room were very steep. The one toilet didn't flush properly. Lastly there was limited parking at the house and very far away if no slots were available.

The balcony with a view of the lough was very nice. The room was clean. The provision of a hot pot and instant coffee, sugar, and milk was also very nice. It was also a very short walk to town center where we found a pub (An Púcán) with live Irish music and great local food.

The water flow in our shower room which was on the 3rd floor was very weak, I wish it was more stronger :)

Literally just two small points Kettle / shallow basin mismatch - cup bailing of water into kettle overcame it - )maybe a good thing in water and energy conservation as you only put in what you need! :)) Lack of info pack in room ie Wi-Fi code etc would be useful and been standard on our trip around west coast. Nothing really negative at all!

A little bit noisy road in front of the building.

Walking distance to the city centre and coach station. Rooms were very nice, well equipped, kettle at disposal, bed comfortable.

Busy road, squeaky bed and just ok welcome. Not unpleasant, but does not go the extra mile, especially after comparing with other similar accommodations.

Good location and considering prices in August in Galway, it’s reasonable or even a good deal.
