Smell in one of the rooms (471) was terrible, was sprayed the afternoon day after which improved. The air condition in the room stopped every 15-20 min, and one night and day after didn’t work at all - It was fixed relatively fast though, but still the air condition stopped every 15 min which was hot in the room. Breakfast was ok considering Passover kosher….

Pool was great, location was great and staff was friendly and fast.

The uncleaness around the pool there are signs that the smoking is not allowed and people smoke an none of the staff cares We got a suite with burning marks on the carpet and that makes you feel that you are in a dirty place.

we wanted to add another night for our stay and the oroce was outrageous! plus the prices at the bar were super hight pool really really small

big hotel, looks really good on the outside but the inside is kinda out off dated. we got a free upgrade for a bugger room with a sea view that was really nice.

The fact that there is no parking almost available.

The reception manager made the enurmous support for us to have a most pleasant time. Generally are very good feeling overall from the vibe the hotel and the staff and the facilities.

The lack of cleanliness (dirty and broken down furniture), lack of service consciousness (low to nonexistent service standards.. definitely not a “luxury” experience by any international standards)

They told us at first "we upgraded you" we were surprised but then they got us in empty room... We told them we prefer the room we ordered and we need to wait a lot until they got us in a better room from there on the vacation was great.

No option for late check outs, late check in (it feels like we paid for like 9 hours of stay). TV does have applications (like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.).

It would have been nice to have a late afternoon checkout with only paying a little more and not for another night since leaving in the evening instead of the next day.

The restaurant area was not well organized, chaotic during dinner time, although this was probably more the undisciplined guests than the hotel. Got better after some complaints were shared. There was no air conditioning (January) so the room got pretty heated up and there was some annoying noise coming from the pool area (probably some kind of cleaning or filtering machine sound).

Great location, amazing food and nice view. The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff was attentive and kind. The whole place is wheelchair accessible, there is good parking and the location is the best - close to the beach, and shopping centers also.

Most central location. Sumptuous Israeli breakfast. Multiple cheesecake options. Spacious room. French/Moroccan synagogue on site: Spectacular architecture and 50-100 in the minyan every day.

lot of steps to get from street level to lobby

plenty parking although we weren’t there at the peak of summer. enough elevators that you didn’t wait. plentiful array of food including a special section for vegans.

very rude and arrogant life guard at the pool everyone had to leave the pool by 4pm!!

location was great!! very kind front desk staff, waiters and chefs in the morning were lovely. lovely scent as you entered the hotel!!
