Fantastic place! I stayed here for the first time coming from the states to get some vacation and also do some work and was totally impressed. The rooms are great, though not the biggest, were still perfect and the hotel itself and design is really nice. The ambiance and art work everywhere is really quite unique and really nice. The roof pool and bar is fantastic giving some spectacular views of the ocean and city. The hotel staff (Dorit, Yali, Shirly and everyone else) are unbelievably friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect (on the beach and in the central part of Tel Aviv). This was my first time in a Tel Aviv hotel. Not having any idea of hotels in Tel Aviv, I feel really fortunate picking the Leonardo Gordon Beach for a perfect vacation and getting some work done also!

Wi fi needs improvement. some of the rooms without reception but the staff helped us with their own internet.

We loved it!!! and will come back!! The hotel is very well designed, artistic, wonderful atmosphere and wonderful staff. the views are great. the rooms are well furnished and even though its not as big as we thought it would be - it was still enough. all in all, we will recommend it to anyone. location, service, cleanliness, atmosphere and lots of care.

Stunning hotel in a great location. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised when we could check in straight away. The lady on reception was very helpful and polite and even invited us for free breakfast which was absolutely delicious!

Left some items in the room accidentally. Took staff 3 days to respond to my request for help and the items mysteriously disappeared. Also, needed a taxi, they couldn't be bothered to help me when I asked. Went next door to the Carlton and they arranged it immediately. Will stay there next time instead ....

Room is very noisy (not outside noise). The closet doors vibrate (don't know why) and makes a lot of noise. Loud music in the hallway from 8:45 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Bathroom is ok, but has a glass door and is too dark. Some staff were very kind, but most seemed to be unhappy. Access is a bit strange. In general, the hotel seemed abandoned. There was never anyone at the lobby bar, only one person at front desk. I do not recommend it.

Location is very nice, just like other options beside it. Good breakfast, but some treats were not available at the time of opening (7:00 a.m.).

I am a frequent traveler and I have experienced meny situations and hotels. This one for the first time. I have booked by Booking.com as I mostly do. I have asked for early check in, but I changed it last minute to extra overnight one day before at 7pm of the particular day. This option was at booking for 275€ for both nights. But it was denied by the hotel for no specified reason. When I arrived early morning of the following day, the night shift receptionist accommodated me without problem saying the early check in may be even free of charge. It wasn't. I received a phonecall to my room, the extra night must be paid and in total I will pay 300€ for both nights. In the end when checking out, the reception could not give me an invoice for both night, because I paid one over booking. I believe this is a story for the rest of my life :-).

Very nice hotel directly next to the beach. Very special is the hotel Manager Noya, she did an execellent Service. Every hotel in the World should have such a great Manager.

Although the inside of the hotel is clean, bright and modern, the immediate environs are a little run down and in desperate need of renovation, but still felt safe. The city authorities need to enforce refurbishment.

The Room: I booked a deluxe double room with breakfast and happily for us we were upgraded to a very spacious suite (403). When our flight was cancelled we were able to stay in the same room (at the same rate) for the extra night. Our flight was not until 10pm and we were given complimentary use of a standard room after checkout until we left for the airport. There were great views from the room across the marina and beach. The Breakfast: Probably the best value breakfast in town (if you include it in the booking). Definitely de luxe Israeli breakfast with smoked salmon / herring / mackerel etc, hot dishes including shakshuka, ravioli, cheesy potatoes, scrambled eggs and made to order omelettes plus all the usual salads, cheeses, cereals, cakes, fruit and more. I even had a shot of Arak. Location: Right on the beach with views as far as Jaffa. Inside the hotel everything is clean and bright and modern art abounds on the walls (although some of it is a little disconcerting. I'm not an art buff) The Staff: All the staff we encountered (reception, management, restaurant, bar) were friendly, efficient and well trained.

There is very poor window in the room. it was not cleaned and couldn’t see the beach as it said. when we stay in a beach hotel we live to see the Sea or beach through the window. Entrance to hotel is under a bridge, it must change to the other side. no way to invite someone. Bathroom water is leaking to toilet area.

I called the front desk manager (man) told me that it wasnt necessary to order a car service, becasue theres plenty of Taxis. I explained to him I was taking a 13 hour flight from america and didnt want any issues. when I arrived there was a 2 hour taxi line which was horrible after a 13 hour flight from Miami. So I had to figure out how to use the israeli subway system - nothing is in English - and find my way to the hotel dragging my bags up & down stairs. I think this was a BIG MISTAKE of the front desk manager - Second, the WI-FI dint work the last 24 hours of my stay - so I have to pay international roaming charges of $50 USD and your hotel knew it didnt work - didnt get it fixed and didnt offer any compensation for my international roam charges nor inconvenience. All the speakers in everyones room is nice but the music is always too loud. The gym was depressing and dark. And your app is not great either - I tried multiple times to upload my passport photo and it was not operating - a waste of time for the traveller. One 2 of the 3 nights I had to get new room keys (and other guests had the same issue) - so maybe you need a different system

The check in was fine, the room was cleaned everyday very well, you provided water, the bed was good, and the girls downstairs put up halloween decorations and were very festive.

Shower keepts the water. TV does not work. It doesn’t make any different if you mentioned at the staff or not. They don’t care. Invoice was wrong - don’t worry they asked to go back to the reception - even if you are by receiving back in Europe. They overload you with Whatsapp messages asking what they can do for you but did not care or answered. Serviceis something different. My customer in Israel was trying to help but without positiv result.

The beach is nearby. Breakfast was good. But starts at 7:00 h!

The hotel was centrally located. the staff was friendly and helpful especially Noa who greeted me with a warm smile making sure I was comfortable in every way. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. I will definitely recommend The Leonardo Gordon beach to my friends.
