Nothing. It was all good. If there are rooms available on the sea side, and no bookings, they should maybe upgrade the customers. It would give them a nice feeling.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Tel Aviv, and I can highly recommend it for anyone considering a visit to this vibrant city. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel pretty comfortable. The hotel itself boasts clean, comfortable rooms, and the location is perfect for exploring the local attractions. The views of the Sea are absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for my vacation. I would like to extend a special thanks to Vitaly and Saher, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their friendly and attentive service made a significant impact on my overall experience. Whether it was offering local dining recommendations or assisting with travel arrangements, they were always eager to help with a smile. The food at the hotel was delightful as well, with a variety of local dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The dining area was always clean and welcoming, making each meal a pleasant experience. Overall, my stay at this Tel Aviv hotel was a fantastic experience. No road to beach entry from the restaurant.

Great location, the food was both delicious and beautifully presented, but the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Kareem who helped me with many odd things I needed that were unrelated to my stay. Will absolutely recommend Prima to friends and family, and that is my new Tel Aviv place to stay.

We liked everything.

A wonderful place to stay if you want to spend a good time in Tel Aviv, it has a very good location. The room was spacious, cozy and very clean and the staff was helpful and professional. Very good value for money.

The only minor issue is the quality of the internet. Low signal and connection speed. May be it was because my room was quite far on the corridor. In case if internet is important for you, you may ask for more central location of the room. Perhaps it will fix the issue.

Everything was to our liking.

The hotel has an exceptional beachfront location with spectacular water views. You can enjoy watching sunsets or indulge in people watch along the famous Tel Aviv beach promenade right from your room window. The room and the shower were clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is cozy and inviting. Friendly service by the front desk managers Kareem and Saher. Saher was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating! We loved staying here. Will recommend this place to our relatives and friends.

Breakfast is served at their adjacent location (a three minute walk away). It was ok, but you can skip it in favor of other options in the area.

The location is unbeatable: steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. A short walk north brings you to the Tel Aviv port, a short walk south to Neve Tzedek neighborhood. There are plenty of places to eat no more than 10 minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and relatively quiet.

Breakfast , if included, is served in another location, not in the same hotel. Entry has stairs, so you can't roll your suitcases. For persons with special needs - hard to imagine how to get in.

Any problem that we had was immediately repaired and compensated for. Truly excellent five star service

We had an initial problem when we first got in on December 31st but by January 1st. the General Manager Saher corrected all the problems moved us to an upgraded room. And made sure that we were comfortable at every level. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Truly excellent service. Breakfast was great and is really complete with everything one would want for a healthy breakfast.

Large, well equipped room. Excellent sea view. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel doesnt have its own parking - but is located just above a public parking lot.

GREAT staff!!! Kfir was outstanding! Saher also super helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower room, great location ... that's all I need in a place to stay!
