How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bed size was small and it was difficult to sleep for the three of us. The booking did not indicate the small size of the bed even though it was for 2 adults and 1 child. The breakfast was ordered from an average place and we even got a piece of hair in it.
Staff is friendly and prompt with meeting your needs. The room itself is quite big size wise with a separate TV room and bed room.

Everything was good for us.
Upon arrival we were met with very friendy owener who took us to the rooms and show us around. Rooms are very specious,, more like small appartments. There is everything one needs including AC and small baclony. The location is great for those who need to stay close to the airport but still in a calm area. We were especially happy with the owner and the staff, they were very attentive and helped with everything we needed, incl. booking a train ticket. We are 100percent recommending this stay for everyone who is looking for a fair/nice deal around the airport.

The location was good for us, since we wanted to go by taxi the next morning to a house boat in Alleppey. The staff made good suggestions for take-out meals. The unit was very large: bedroom, bathroom, balcony, living room and kitchen. The hotel offered an airport pickup service for 400 rupees which we initially didn't take up since the distance was o ly 2km and we expected uber or taxis to be cheaper. But for some reason after we arrived at Kochi airport we found they were more expensive. So we phoned and took up their pick up offer, and they came right away.

1) Narrow approach road to hotel (there was a small stretch which could only accommodate single car). 2) Instead of providing extra mattress in family room, they could replace their sofa with sofa bed. So that they could properly accommodate a family. 3) Rooms were small in size. 4) They had a big kitchen area which only had sink to wash utensils...could have kept a gas stove their at some extra price to facilitate kitchen like in airbnbs. 5) No inhouse restaurants, though you can order food from outside.
1) Close to airport ( a few mins drive). 2) Decently clean bedroom, living/dining space, kitchen area (just washing area) and bathroom. 3) Helpful staff

Not many restaurants close by (but they help you to order from outside). Trains passing close-by - might be a problem when you're a light sleeper.
Cheap, good and clean place if you want to stay close to the airport for one night.

The double bed was a bit too small for two people.
Very close to the airport (walking distance), the hotel is also situated in a quiet, safe and green area, with all one could need at the door. The personal was very kind and professional, and provides all useful needs and services. The room was spacious enough, with a small living room and a nice balcony, well furnished and all was functional. It is very rare to find an homely and peaceful place like that among airport hotels.

It is a small but very clean and convenient and value for money, budget stay near Kochi Int'l airport. Staff's behaviour and dealings was nice. (Specially Abin & Rijo). A convenient place suitable for your pocket.

I stayed for only 4-5 hours and there was nothing that I didn’t like.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is convenient. Best part is the eye for comfort. The room has everything even an iron!

I liked that the manager kept his promise and we had punctual a driver. I liked also to taste the breakfast from each Kerala taste. Good value for overnight near airport landing so late and having a transfer.
