Room service time is more than 40 minutes. Sometimes I had to give a reminder call. At the time of lunch and dinner on day 1 they didn't set up tandoor so we didn't get roti. And the food cost is super extra. Simple Poha/Upma is for 149 + GST. Rooms are big however there is no FAN only AC. So the person sleeping on a single bed will not get any cool air.

I loved the swimming pool, The taste of the food was awesome.

After eating ordered food, utensils were not cleared outside the room till next morning. Kids play area slides and other items were in bad shape One of the apartment shown to us was stinking badly

1.The reception staff, particularly untrained female staff. No idea of customer services. Reception staff give very dry response when customers arrive at reception, they keep waiting for long time till there very slow formalities completes, even though it was prebooked. Experience was quite irritating. 2.Restaurant cleanliness is a issue. Rest is o.k. 3.Bathroom slippers and Bathroom hair dryer is must at hotels in hill stations, drying hair without hair dryer is difficult particularly for females. 4. Bill not issued, promised will email later but they did not. 5.I stayed here for 2 days , 3 rooms.

The exotic location and ambience, Room arrangement, rooms are spacious, inside views are good. Hotel is certainly good but reception staff will spoil its reputation. Very professional staff required to handle reception and customer services.

Quick service is required.

No towel were there. Had to ask multiple times for towels. There was dance bar going on for some company with loud music. Breakfast place was dirty. Not enough benches along the pool side.

Staff performed their duties well. But they could do better if trained properly. Property needs some plumbing job. Bathrooms are clogged and need attention.

NO WIFI in rooms. Corners and behind furniture dust accumulation. Pigeons feet noise in ceiling. Fridge was broken and cooling takes long. Main key switch puts the fridge off when you go out. They are short staffed and cannot handle so much crowd. Food orders tend to get forgotten. They must conduct some separate activities for kids. Main TV news channels not subscribed to. Once they cleaned our room without us telling them which we did not like. The neighbors played us deafening music for free. The pool needs a daily basic cleaning of twigs leaves bees in it that float in it. Most of the above can be improved.

Very nice place to chill out. Lots of parking. Large property. Pleasant gardeny open space and good view, open sky. Nice pool.

Property is not well maintained. Ammenities are older and needs upgrade. Free upgrade was mentioned in booking. But same was not given.

They're pet friendly but do not allow pets in the restaurant area so the whole family cannot go to have breakfast together.... Apart from that it's a beautiful place and well maintained

Room AC has lot of issues… no fan in room.

Very big resort…Rooms are also very big and non garden room view is awesome… food is yummy…. Swimming pool is also very big…. Nice family resort in panchgani.

Room service and housekeeping is very poor and turn around time is too much...not a value for money they charge. Check in and check out both were tedious and time consuming. Comod seat was broken and it was dirty yellowish.
