The perfect place from which to explore Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

Worst staff behaviour especially a boy who is not even a receptionist. It was a wrong selection for a stay. Bathroom, flask not cleaned, user tea sachets, intercom not working etc.,

Location is good nearby metro and good restaurants.

Food safety hazard. There are rats running all over. The hotel is smelly and unhygienic. The staff is ill-behaved. Room amenities were missing. Intercom not working. Room had lot of mosquitos.

It started from before I reached the hotel. I needed a GST invoice because I was on a work trip. I emailed the hotel repeatedly, but no response. Once I got there, things went downhill. - Breakfast is terrible - cold, no options because the kitchen opens at 12 apparently. - There was a leak from the bathroom ceiling. I later gathered it was because of condensation from the shower. - Toilet seat was broken. - The room wasn't clean when I got there. I later saw cigarette butts on the window sill (outside). - Since there is no netting on windows, I had to keep the windows shut because pigeons tried to get in. - A/C leaked constantly, and there were weird sounds coming from it. - I had to call housekeeping to clean the room. After a while I gave up. - Twice, hot water wasn't there. - Had to ask for water. Water bottles are chargeable after the first day, but they don't tell you this. Another guest was checking out as I was checking in. She was shrieking about this, and that's how I found out. - The hotel has a generally shady vibe to it. Wouldn't recommend to single female travellers (like myself).

Very dingy rooms. Dust all around. Seemed more like a lodge than a hotel room. Expected basic standards from Treebo. Checked out a day in advance despite having paid the full amount.
