We didn't have WiFi in the room. They tried a lot of time to fix it, but nothing. Up of our room was the breakfast area (we been in the 3rd flour) and from 7:30 in the morning you can hear the dragging of chairs caused by people going to have breakfast.

The breakfast was great and the room was big and comfortable.

They take more than 30min for breakfast tee. The breakfast buffet was not very complete compared with the rest of places we visited.

Same day laundry service is not good. Told we would get it back by 10pm the same day and didn’t get it back until 11am the following day which meant we wasted a whole morning of two days in Jaipur. No apology offered

No view from the window, just a wall. Not allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside. Some of the staff could have been more welcoming and polite. They also try to charge you if you cancel one of there taxis-600 rupee when we didn’t pay any deposit.

The hotel was very much to my expectations, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was a good size, bathroom was nice as well. Location was convenient for train station access, there were always tuktuks available to explore the city. I ordered room service a couple of nights, the food was very nice.

Location wasn't nice, it was far to the historical center. We had bad situation during check out time. The staff member tried to make us paid for one more night couse of his mistake. If we would not told him to call his boss and explain this quickly, we could be late for the train. In the end the situation was resolved so no hard feelings there.

Staff was helpful, they let us enter the room much ealier than check in time. Room was huge and clean with very comfy beds. Bathroom was also very clean. Room service was nice and food was very tasty with low prices. Overall very good stay.

Staff could have been more proactive and courteous. During breakfast we had to keep reminding them of our order, despite there not being too many people to serve. Happened both the days.

There was a bad smell coming out from the washroom all the time. The hotel car which we rented for day tour was good but forced us to visit the restaurant (for commission purpose).

The room was exactly same like the photos in this app. Staff were nice and friendly. The hotel was clean.

With the money you spend, its worth it. If you need more, then you need to spend more. Booked Taxi twice, the first day, the taxi needed some repair, we had to manage, as we had less time. The second day, taxi driver was too slow and wasted a lot of time in the market. Rest everything else was good.

The location is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Needs a little modernization, however, with the money you spend, it exceeds expectations. Food quality is also good.

The location is a bit messy. Easy to reach though as it's near the railway station. Washrooms, Plumbing etc are a bit old fashioned. The restaurant could be improved.

Excellent facilities. Very helpful staff especially the night manager Mr. Sanjay and staff Mr. Vishnu. They were waiting for us even when we arrived at 1 AM. They gave us a quadruple room even though we booked a triple one. They also arranged a good driver and vehicle for us at reasonable prices.

It's a nice cozy hotel with clean spacious rooms a short drive away from the main attractions. Laundry ready within the day(drop in reception in the morning and it will be ready in the evening) Plenty of shops,Street food stalls,chemist etc just outside the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Jaipur.
