This property is very Royal! Made us feel like a kings family. I just couldn’t get enough of it. As for the architecture Each and every part was carefully thought for. It took them 11 years to build!! Dining experience was amazing as we dine local artists play great traditional musical tunes with their instruments. Rooms are great and spacious with spacious bathrooms. Lots of space to take a stroll around. 2swimming pools. Lots of mini fountains and birds drinking water from them. Majestic and simply magnificent property. Receptionist- Gaurav was very helpful with checking us in and showing us the different rooms & other areas around. Restaurant staff - Sunil, attended us very well for dinner & breakfast. Assisted us well with everything. Overall the staff were very nice friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. Jaipur has won our hearts and Hyatt Regency our soul! We are definitely going to be back soon!

it was a nightmare to check in, our Hotel room door did not open, It took three attempts from the staff to finally open the door, for such a category Hotel is rare. The shower water was not hot... only lukewarm. The bathroom products like shampoo soap etc. are rather tiny, it surprised me unfavorably. I ordered room service, and after a while I tried to add some extras.. I called room service again but no one answer the phone, neither front desk, so I have to go downstairs to front desk to add the extras to my order.. The most incredible thing was that when I went down to reception, the receptionist was alone .. And definitely he had heard the phone, but simply chose not to answer. The room service food was not the best, although it was not bad I think it can be improved. When I check out I explained all this to the front desk staff, they offered me an apology and two beautiful gifts which I appreciate infinitely.. The purpose of writing all this is for the Hotel to improve the areas of opportunity, because the hotel is simply spectacular.

The pillows were a bit flat for my liking, internet was relatively slow (measured at 4 MB/s), some road noise crept into the room. The biggest complaint I would have is, there was no formal arrangement for a smoking area, rather a small corner at the hotel entrance; the available space was more than adequate to support a fantastic smoking area.

The Hyatt at Jaipur was one of the coolest hotels, a palace transformed; The facilities were incredibly well kept and the staff were some of the most accommodating We've met. We witnessed thorough cleaning of the facilities taking place every night. The staff accommodated our every need, whether it be a late breakfast, a late check in or being served at one of their restaurants, someone was always at ear shot. The rooms were large (we stayed at a King Room), well looked after and house keeping was immaculate. If you're in Jaipur this would be the absolute best place to stay. The facilities are also great for photo shoots with their multiple courtyards, fountains and balconies. Just as an added token, the bathroom installations at the hotel were fantastic.
