Didnt get any sleep due to all the appliances re-setting themselves after each power-cut. Which was every 20min.

Everything Spotless clean Friendly host Air conditioning excellent Wifi Excellent Kitchen and shared facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. Drinking water Beautiful shared terrace and private balcony. Excellent area restaurants and shops. Highly recommend after 6 months travelling in India this was the best property.

When we booked on booking there was not option with Ac but when we arrived that was incredible hot she told us that we could have AC for 300rupees per night. This is not correct and way too expensive to have some ac in the room but we needed. A lot of ants in the bathroom and few in the rooms. No hot water

The place is nice and the woman is very welcoming. The room is little with little balcony but comfortable. Location is nice. Walkable everywhere that is interesting. She did our laundry for an extra charge and the clothes were ready snd clean for the end of the day

Don't store any food in the room, because there will be ants. But it's a common thing for any place, I guess

The homestay has everything necessary for living, so I stayed there a week instead of one day. It was comfortable to cook in the common kitchen and there was a water cooler available. Location is good - in a quiet area but close to the beach, some small shops and fruit/vegetables stand. The host is a very nice woman

I spent two nights here and felt very comfortable. It is a very nice homestay with lots of space, a nice kitchen and you can cool your water in the big refrigerator. The room was very clean and air-conditioned. The host was a very kind lady. Would come back here.

The communal area was a bit dirty / had flies however the room was very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. This might have been due to the guests in the other room and not the host though.

Exactly what it says on the tin, great value for a clean and spacious room with excellent air conditioning. Close to all the main sites but quiet at night. We found an amazing cafe on Princess Street called Trouvaille - the best coffee we had in India and great pasta, burgers and desserts. We had some washing done (2 shopping bags) for 500 rupees which was also really appreciated and great value

You'll have to walk around 100-200 mtrs to find a good veg restaurant. But the cafes are within 1km or 10 mins walk.

Kiran was really helpful and supportive throughout my stay, I couldn't ask for a better host! I had a few problems when in Kochi and he really helped me with everything I needed and was really kind. He was always fast on answering to my messages as well. The location is good, there are good restaurants, tea and coffee shops within walking distance.

The AC is quite noisy but we switched it off for the night and used the fan instead.

The place was spotlessly clean. Location is excellent, close to the main attractions in Fort Kochi yet very quiet. We had a good nights sleep even during New Year.

Tv would have been good and pillows a bit hard for our liking

Room was clean and tidy, kitchen was useful and access to a fridge was a bonus. Location was good - shop next door sold milk eggs and bread. Easy walking to many attractions. Washing line was handy and there is a nice little balcony
